Dr. Kolling, Kristi, and Sonya are incredible. I've had problems with my neck and back for most of my life and have gone to over a dozen chiropractors and none compare to Dr. Scott.

I go to see Doctor Kolling and get a massage every five to six weeks. My body requires a bit of maintenance thanks to fibromyalgia. I couldn't imagine my life without IC Wellness.

So for about over a year I was having this stabbing pain on the right side of my lower back. It comes and go. I got a CT scan and they couldn't figure out what it was.
I decided to look for a chiropractor and see if a few adjustments would help, which eventually lead me here. Dr. Scott Knolls is super chilled and very easy to talk to. I later learned from Dr. Knolls that the office included licensed massage therapists. My light bulb came on.
I decided to get deep tissue massages to accommodate the adjustments. I met Kristie the awesome massage therapist. She started working on my back and man initially I thought she was a bit rough, but that's just how bad my back muscles were. I was able to grind through it. After my first massage I hadn't noticed any stabbing pain that same night, so I immediately scheduled for another massage the next morning. I am starting to notice the more deep tissue massages I get, the less pain Back pain I was getting. It turned out my lower back had sooooo many knots that needed some ironing out. The combination of alignment and deep tissue massages worked! I feel blessed to find this place.

Dr Scott is the best. He determined my back issues might be more than initially thought and suggested a MRI. Thank goodness he did! Also Kristie is the best physiologist, treating both the mind and body! I am so happy to be a patient here and recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Scott is amazing and literally saved my life! I came to see him back in December with extreme back pain. I thought it was just a slipped disc. He told he that something else is going on to cause the shift in my spine and the pain, told me to see a doctor if the pain continued. 3 days later, I was in the ER with a horrible kidney infection and possibly went septic. I went back to Dr. Scott 2 weeks later for another adjustment and was still in pain. He adjusted and told me to go back to the doctor and demand a CT scan, that something else was going on. A week later, I was in the hospital with serious infections in my spine which should have killed me because they were so far along and probably would had Dr. Scott not kept pushing me to keep going back saying he knew something else was going on! To make it even better, he actually called to check up on me a week later since I hadn't made an appointment and wanted to make sure I was okay. He is an amazing chiropractor and person! I highly suggest him!

Christie is awesome! She has the sweetest personality and the doctors are great. I went in with extreme hip pain and it is now completely gone. I drive almost an hour to get here because I know that I'll be treated right.

Dr. Scott, Daniel, and Kristie are the dream team!

I recently started seeing Kristie for massage therapy, and I could not be happier. She not only gives the best massage I have ever had, she brings positive energy to your therapy.

They are all very attentive to your specific needs. If you have an ache, just tell them and they will help!

The staff at the front desk do a great job finding the exact time that works with your schedule.

Very Worrest management and they didn’t give any heads up prior to the appointment but they are very prompt on taking money if customer miss or forget appointment. I spoke to front desk lady she said we will not send texts to Verizon provider. They will send email about payment confirmation but not on appointment schedule. It’s ridiculous

Reception was extremely rude. I walking in in excruciating pain because I could not book an appt online and no one was answering the phone. She barely looked up from her computer screen to acknowledge me and stated “we don’t accept walk ins”.

Dr. Spencer is wonderful and very personable. He will listen to what you have troubling you and get you the adjustment you need. Also, massage therapist Asia is amazing! Seriously, a massage first and then an adjustment. You just can't go wrong!

This was my first time ever visiting a Chiropractor so I cannot tell you how they compare to other places. I can however tell you that their staff is kind a courteous. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. They also advised me what I could do on my own to help with my situation.

I was a new patient struggling with pregnancy discomfort and was able to be seen right away thanks to Angela in the front office. Highly recommend Dr. Spencer as well as Heather for massage.

They dropped me as a patient did not notify me. I felt really stupid when I called in and the person helping me could not tell me anything. They would not take my insuransce spent over a 100.00 a visit. Thats not including paying for my son to see them. They advertise on our company website so many visits at a lower price they never honored the advertisement. I am having problems with my neck and shoulder which has nothing to do with my hip surgery in 2010. I would advise patients to have a second chirpractor i mind and see them occassionally? I asked why did they not notify me by writing no reply. The doctor has tried cortisone on me along with muscle relaxers has not helped been off of work since March 11. Never had neck or shoulder surgery my appt did not even incled my hips.it takes three weeks to see a new doctor beware. The new staff was rude and they have no office manger to complain to. So I do not want anyone to feel like the fool I did today. Thats how they treat there patients and think its fine. So now I have to stay off of work buntil I get in to see a new dr. I am the one who pays our mortage payments like they really care. The xrays showed the muscle spasms no damage to neck or shoulder. I pray no one that sees these doctors have to endur whats happening to me. With it going into my neck I have a bad headache. They did not care. Did not mail me a letter to find someone else so as some would say I am up a creek without a paddle. All AA emploees beware the advertisement on our company website is not true.

I started coming to Irving Chiropractic & Wellness last summer, 2017, after being referred by my family doctor, & after several recommendations from existing patients. I’ve had scoliosis since childhood, but after having my second child, has progressed the curve, causing chronic back pain. Regular chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Scott Kolling & massage therapy with Dan “The Man” Puig, have been a God send; reducing my pain and improving my overall quality of life. Thank you!

The good: Dan Puig! He is an incredible massage therapist. He's highly skilled, knowledgable, and personable. It was always a great experience getting TMJ massage from him and having my neck and back worked on. I miss going to him!

The bad: Most everything else. Terrible at billing! They say I owe money, despite me paying my copay each appointment. My insurance says they covered everything and then I pay my copay and owe NOTHING else. They keep sending me bills and can't explain why I owe money. This billing issue is so bad that I stopped going to IC Wellness a quite a while ago. They need to explain why it's owed, talk to my insurance, or waive it. So far, they aren't doing any of the above.

Also, I now go to a new, amazing chiropractic office, who did x-rays on intake (complimentary), and diagnosed me with scoliosis in 2 places of my spine, and also loss of cervical curve. It's kind of horrifying that I went to IC Wellness so regularly, and they never diagnosed this.

Their wait time to see a doctor also seems to be rather long, especially compared to how long the doctor actually spends with you.

Dr. Spencer has done two adjustments for me. I had a massage with Dan. Both were very helpful. I had a great experience.

Dr Scott Kolling is the BEST. I recommend him because he healed my whiplash and lower back from a car accident. I was told by two different doctors I would need surgery but Dr Scott was able to heal my back without needing surgery! With occasional adjustments, I am still surgery and pain free after 5 years!
