22Dr. Scott is phenomenal and so are the massage therapists. The reason for my 3 stars is for the front office staff. They are extremely rude and I experienced an incident with them. On my last visit I discovered I had an unpaid balance, much to my surprise since every time I went in they would tell me that my insurance covered it 100%. Turns out that they never informed me that my insurance was not covering it fully and said they forgot to send me the bill. I had to call an external billing lady to get it situated and was told that it was indeed the front office's mistake. Luckily, Dr. Scott wrote off the majority of the balance and I didn't have to pay a lot. Still, this has completely put me off and unfortunately will no longer be returning. I don't want to risk getting "surprise" bill from now on.
Looked forward to my appointment for 2 weeks but got canceled on the day of the appointment because employees wanted to leave early on Saturday.
