Office manager SUE and billing coordinator SHELBY are so very accommodating. They’ve been the most patient w/regards to my Insurance Provider and is sure to offer refreshments and a bright smile in the rare instance there’s a wait.

This offices raises to the bar with patient care and represents obsessing over customer satisfaction. My sons teeth has been under great care and we’re looking forward to entering his final year under this ortho team!

Had to have a root canal done today, and having a fear of the dentist Dr. Shovak and Ariana did an amazing job! Couldn’t be more satisfied with a dental procedure! I would highly recommend Dr Shovak to anyone!

Dr. Pham is the best dentist I've been to. He made me feel comfortable. He was honest and provided several options. His intention was how to help me out in the best way possible. Even though I had to get a shot, it hurt less than any other shot I'd had. This is more than a job to him. I highly recommend him and feel lucky to have come across such a fabulous dentist.

Like alot of people I have issues with the dentist. Dr. Shovak has always made me feel comfortable and helped to put me at ease. I've been here a few times, most recently for a deep cleaning. Anyone that has had a deep cleaning will tell you it is not a pleasant experience, but the skill of the doctor and hygenist make all the difference. I still don't like the dentist, but I won't hesitate to come back to Ideal Dental in the future either.

I scheduled my new patient appointment at 1: 40 I figured the visit would take about an hour and a half. I arrived early to fill out new patient paperwork. At 2: 15 I was told that they were running behind, I asked how much longer it would be because I had to pick my child up. I waited another 15 min then ended up having to leave at 2: 30. I will not be returning.

This dental office is amazing! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Pham is awesome and has one of the best bedside manner I have seen. I highly recommend Ideal Dental in Forney and Dr. Pham!:)

This was my first visit to Ideal Dentist in Forney. Very impressed with the office and staff. Dr. Shovak and Alyssa (the hygeniest) were both great, as was the dental assistant and front office staff. Very courteous and professional. The convenience of scheduling my visit on a Saturday was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this office.

First time at Ideal Dental in Forney. Dr. Adams and Kim really made my dental experience pain free and very comfortable. The front desk also made my transfer here easy and where able to set me on a payment plan interest free. Really recommend this dental office, the staff makes you feel like you've known them forever.

I got my wisdom tooth removed here and let me tell ya, I love Ideal Dental. I had never been to the dentist before but they definitely put me at ease. They were kind and worked with me. I will keep coming back and refer others

My daughter has had her wisdom teeth removed by the surgeon (I can't remember his name) and then fillings done by Dr. Adams and they were both AWESOME! They both made us (and especially her) feel at ease with everything and they were both so personable and genuine. Dental work is never a fun thing, but this entire office made the experience as good as it possible could have been. Her braces go on next week, so I am really glad we got off to a great start on preparing for her treatment plan.

I had a ok time getting my teeth poked, (I mean cleaned). The staff here was very nice. I had my teach cleaned by Alisa and she was very nice and talked in detail with me about my teeth and what I could do for them.

I love this Dental office! Been coming here for 3+ years. The staff is so warm and friendly. Dr Adams is extremely personable and explains everything. His assistant Kim is also fabulous! This has become my family dentist for my parents, daughter and myself.
