Ideal Dental of Forney

OMG. I cannot day enough about my experience at Forney Ideal Dentistry! From the moment I called, each team member exceeded my expectations. Alyssa was the best - she took great care of me and did a great job with my cleaning!
I highly recommend!

I had my first visit to Ideal Dental Forney today. I have always been scared of the dentist. Dr Alles and his assistant Sasha made me feel so comfortable. Then Alyssa the hygienist did such a great job cleaning my pearly whites! I can’t wait to come back in 6 months!

A few years ago, I felt good about this place. Here's an update:
I really like this place. Dr. Adams is the best and so is Kim M, one of the dental assistants. But what is horrible, is the demeanor of some of the staff. I have Invisalign and Dr. Beleu was so incompetent. I only needed one tooth on my upper mouth and five on my lower mouth. After my treatment, the bottom teeth shifted so I went back, his comment "well, don't worry, nobody really looks or sees the bottom teeth. ". Really? !
And Rene is the worst and rudest scheduler I have ever met. It's unbelievable that when they answer the phone, part of their message is "how can we make you smile today? " Rene not only doesn't smile, but is rude and insensitive. I can't wait for my treatment to be over.

45 minutes wait for ortho team today. Super frustrating when you’ve scheduled appointments and to see people arriving twenty minutes after your arrival and be finished before you’ve been called. Of course one never knows their job or what’s happening with specific patients but not even getting any sort of acknowledgement. Then when the orthodontist did come in he talked to his assistant and told her to relay the information to the parent-me-Hello-I was sitting but three feet away. Unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional and I’ve never been treated like this and I’ve been going here for two years, with this being my second child in braces here.
