Great experience. Patient and caring staff. Explained each procedure and made sure I was pain-free and confortable.

The surgeon and his group are fantastic. They are very quick and attentive. This is the first oral surgery I’ve experienced where the pain was minimal and healing was quick compared to lesser surgeries in the past at other offices.

I did initially have some scheduling issues and misinformation provided by the ideal dental location in castle hills, but this group in Plano is great and I would recommend making the drive to this office!

Dr. Zerby did an excellent job. He spent plenty of time checking all of my teeth and answering questions.

Everything is still a work in progress but today they gave me a fair compromise temporary solution

Terrible! Please do NOT go here! They caused deep tissue bruising in my friends gums because they placed a cap that was too big. Please save yourself the pain and financial burden!

The staff is friendly all the time. Always keep you informed during any procedure. It's a pleasure to visit the office with such great people like this.

Been a patient for 3 years now. Consistently good service with my cleanings and the Vertical tooth chip
I needed repaired. On time, efficient, clean, friendly.

I am a new patient today was my first appointment. I really liked the staff and I am so happy I found Dr. Zerby. I had a small chip on my front bottom tooth and instead of starting with veneers (as my previous dental office would have offered after being with them for 8 years) he simply corrected it with compound. I am very picky about my teeth Zoom 2 times, never miss a cleaning and dental floss 3 times a day. I like the fact that he started with the simple fix first. I am very impressed and grateful I found him. Highly recommended!

I have had great experiences here. Dr. Zerby is very helpful and informative. The 2 hygienists I’ve had, Melissa & Chrissy were very warm & inviting but also professional & helpful. The office is modern and cozy. I’m very happy with the all around customer service I received here & I highly recommend Ideal Dental.

Me and my wife had good experience with them, my hygienist Christena very nice she clean nicely. Dr also good she explained very well, all other staff nice.

Very poor customer service. I visited the clinic for tooth cleaning. They took x-rays at my cost and they are not sharing the x-rays for reference, inspire of many reminders.

I've been a patient them in the past. We lost health and dental insurance for a period of time.recently just got health coverage again.
THEY called me knowing I was a past client (under my maiden name) telling me it was time for a cleaning and check up and quoted me $34.99 3 times. I even asked the first few times if I still got this price at a returning patient.they said yes! I even called back to confirm that was the price and they said yes again that it was a March special going on! Liars!
Clearly, the front desk staff make no notes per phone call with their patients because no one knows what the heck is going on everytime you call back. We are getting dental insurance this month but will not return to this place as it has horrible customer service. The manager is rude and doesn't care that they messed up.she also doesn't even know the current monthly specials that her other staff is quoting people.wth.

If they quoted me that price multiple times they should honor it. It's called customer service.

Please stop quoting your patients one thing and then quoting them another.
Its frustrating.

And please don't tell your clients to come at 3 when your appointment is at 3: 50.

This is just a business center. Trying all possible ways to get patient/insurance money. Not a true dental spot. They just go by books, no experience. They dont do tooth extract, but only money extraction.

Never go to this dental clinic. I have visited this place for fillings and crown procedure. The proposed treatment cost and cost after treatment doesn’t match. Had a very bad experience, my family will never visit this place again

The staff is very professional, dentists Laughlin and Zerby did a very good job with my crowns, assistant Arely is very cordial and helpful. I have been using Ideal Dental of Plano for several years now and never had anything to complain about.

Hands down one of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time. I recently relocated to the DFW area and finding a new dental office for my family was a bit nerve wrecking, I chose Ideal Dental Castle Hills, located in The Colony, TX. The staff was very welcoming and the office itself was very family friendly. The dentist was actually able to complete same day dental work in addition to our cleaning which prevented us from having to schedule a second appointment. I feel that Ideal dental and their staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have TERRIBLE anxiety about getting ANY dental work done (whether it be a root canal, cleaning or even xrays) and let me tell you. THEY WERE AMAZING! Everyone from the front office, to the assistants, hygenists and even the doctors were SO nice, understanding and comforting. I'm not sure if anyone can LOVE a dental experience.but I think I'm pretty close to loving it lol. I'll be sure to make this my permanent dental office.

I had a lot of dental work done here and all was fine until I got a bottom partial. It never fit properly and after around 30 days they said it needed to be realigned because I had healed quickly from the preparation work they did. I was told it would cost me an additional $200.00 which I don't have. My expectation is that they should follow through at least until the partial fits before charging me more money. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. A COMPLETE WASTE OF $1200.00!

Such a nice and clean office. The staff was awesome and hardly had to wait. The lady that cleaned my teeth was super sweet and awesome and was very gental.
