27I felt so welcomed when I came the staff was awesome front and back. And the doctor was very understanding.
I was always a bit afraid of the dentist but these guys really put me at ease. Thank you for being so kind and taking great care of my teeth!
Unscrupulous, Got a second opinion and now I know the bad vibe I got from them is true. They attempted to tell me I had lots of cavities and the bill was high. Getting a second opinion told me for their codes were above the insurance charges, plus the second opinion showed I did not have one cavity. I would say stay away from these people.
The wait wasn't as long as expected the doctor was nice and very explanative. I highly recommend this office!
They keep having billing mistakes, really frustrating. Voicemails are never answered
Edit: we call, we come up there in person, each time the front desks aid they made a mistake and will fix it, only to see another rouge bill for nonexistent service
I have a horrible experience with dentist but I honestly felt so comfortable here. The staff explained precedures before doing them which made me really comfortable.
Went and was honestly the best dentist ive been to.staff was really fast and offered free teeth whitening.
