The staff at Ideal Dental of Uptown are friendly and accommodating. They have some of the best hygienists, and I never freak out about having to go to the dentist. They have the latest technology and even have orthodontic services. I especially appreciate the free whitening for life. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Doctor Mugianto is so great! Unfortunately though prior to him coming in, Ola my hygienist was not. She was very carefree with the tools and I don’t think she knew exactly what she was doing. I honestly was afraid of her hurting my teeth with the tools. She was all over my mouth missing teeth & with the polish she did just the top teeth and was done. Very upsetting. Watch out for who they hire, if they’re not a doctor working on you, beware!

Everyone was very detailed kind and helpful. The experience was very good felt comfortable and relaxed. I hope future visits will be as good as my first.

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Staff was friendly, and professional. Deep cleaning was unusually gentle and thorough. They even offered tons of helpful advice and recommendations without solicitation. Definitely found my new dentist!

Had appointment at 2, waited till 2: 30 watching several people come and go even after coming later than me. Seems like they overbook themselves. Wouldn't recommend coming here at the moment.

Amazing experience at Ideal Dental the other day from start to finish. The check in process is pretty straightforward, and digital which less paper work to fill out on your first visit! X-Ray's very thorough and advanced! Ideal dental has all the machines! Felt state of the art honestly! Then for the cleaning shout out to Ola! Ola, was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Keeping me posted on how the cleaning was going, fun facts about dental health, and new techniques to take care of my dental health! Very happy I found ideal dental, glad that their team exudes hospitality at the dentist! Thank you guys!

I felt very safe with the protocols the office had in place for COVID. Even with the extra precautions, my appointment was on time and quick. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience!

Ideal Dental of Uptown made me feel comfortable and safe during my visit. Going to the dentist during this pandemic is a new experience for me and I'm sure for many others. The office is locked so you have to call when you get there, wait in your vehicle, and someone from the office will come out and they take your temperature and ask questions related to COVID-19. I came in as a new patient and they gave me a very detailed description of my treatment plan. I absolutely loved my dental assistant Martin and my dentist Dr. Fonvile is just superb! He told me exactly what I needed done to my teeth. Victoria the receptionist went over my treatment and the costs of everything. I look forward to my next dental visit at Ideal Dental of Uptown. I really did enjoy my 1st experience here and I highly recommend!

I love this dentist office! When I moved to Dallas about 10 years ago I went to A dentist that would always told me I had cavities and try to upsell me stuff. I’ve been going to this ideal dental location for almost 5 years now and I have yet to have a cavity, and I don’t have to deal with them trying to upsell me toothbrushes.

I love Dr. Mugianto and his team! I've been a patient here for at least two years and last year did my Invisalign through them and the process went really well. Dr. Mugianto is super cool, down to earth and is awesome at answering any and all questions I have!

Second time coming in for my cleaning this year and still such a pleasurable experience. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have had a difficult time finding a friendly dentist office and I’m so glad I started coming here! Also, they have solid and safe Covid procedures. Building is a bit outdated but come here for the kind and personable staff. You won’t regret it.

While flying to Dallas my temporary crown broke. Upon arrival into DFW, I found Ideal Dental Uptown close by the hotel. They were able to get me in immediately and replace the temporary. Thank you so much Ideal Dental! You saved the trip! I didn't miss any of the conference and my dentist in California was able to place the permanent in without any trouble. Definitely 5 stars. Incredible customer service and outstanding work!

I am an employee and a patient of Dr Long Mugianto, I previously saw a Dentist while working here until I saw his PHENOMENAL work. Not only has he placed my implant-crown, but he recently conducted a new crown in replacement of a very old filling. Not ONE complication, and the process was a breeze! I went to the uptown location yesterday. The experience was amazing! No kidding. Carrie the hygienist was so friend, she didnt rush. My teeth are so clean and Thelma that bleached my teeth was just as nice and very informative. And the front office had me smiling. I can wait for my 6 month check up
