Ideal Dental of Uptown, Dallas TX

I have been attending Ideal Dental for various dental needs. Every time I go Thelma is so professional and helpful. She is always on top of things and asks the important questions. They have been honest and helpful at Ideal Dental.

I go to Ideal Dental located at 4323 Lemmon Avenue in Dallas, Texas 75219. I would like to take a moment to recognize the staff at Ideal Dental for delivering great customer service. During my appointments the staff are always friendly, professional, efficient, and on time. I'm sending a special thanks to Carey my dental hygienist, Shontae, Arianne, Shatocka, and all the other staff. In addition, I would like to thank my Dentist and the Orthodontist as well. I'm so glad that I chose Ideal Dental to care for my dental needs. If anyone is looking for great dental service go to Ideal Dental!

The staff was great. Micheal Angelo was amazing from the start. The Hygenist was very enthusitic and informative about the health of my teeth. Overall, Tecia and her staff were all great and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend this office to anyone looking to get work done. Thanks again, Oaklawn Team!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. At my first app they were getting ready to remove my tooth without my consent. I’m not joking

They cleaned my teeth and my room had a TV showing the cooking channel while I was there, what's not to like?

Horrible. These reviews are left so that money can come off your bill for positive reviews. STAY AWAY.

I waited too long and forgot everyone's names, I do remember Dr. Fonville and Michael Angelo, because they cracked me up. They were amazing. Everyone I came in contact with made me laugh and put me at ease. What a great team and they all get along so well. It makes the environment pleasant to be in. They're like a little family. They fit me in as a last minute request and started work on my crowns. I hate the dentist, but I will continue to return here. Thank you for working on my smile.)

Everyone in the office, from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the doctors, were so friendly and educated. They took extra time to make sure I was comfortable, and they provided detailed information on all aspects of my appointment. I would highly recommended!

Carrie was very informative throughout the entire procedure that was done on my mouth. She was very up spirit the whole entire time n made sure i was ok during the entire setting. Thanks Carrie I will be back!

This place is a joke, I had a crown done here a year or so ago and now has a chip and theses jokers will not cover it. They have this under handed Ins.plan that a person is not suppose to be smart enough to see what this dental office is really up to. The plan is a guaranty to do repairs and also 2 cleanings. I promise you. You will say I give, when you try to make an appt.for one of your cleanings. I do not recommend this dental office. Go to a dental office that can be upfront with there practice. The worst ever, almost as bad as The All American Smile Center years ago!
Resin crowns at porcelain crown prices! Yours should hold up here at Ideal Dental for about 1 year.

I would like to rave about the care I recieved with ideal dental. The sweetest most caring staff that i couldve asked for. Prior to my appointment michael angelo helped me thourghly and in person. He took time explaining everything to me and was wonderful in general. The dental hygentist Carrie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She eased my nerves and mads my experience very enjoyable. Therma was very sweet and helped answering alot of questions as well. Ideal dental is my new home dentist because of their amazing staff.

I could not have had a better experience. The staff is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist after not having been for a while. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything. My health was and is their #1 priority. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Michael Angelo answered ALL my questions. D was awesome and very friendly. Carrie explained everything to me as far as home care what needed to be done. Both dentists that worked on my teeth were great and have helped so much! I will be back to this location for future appointments!

I have had serious issues with my teeth and have been under the care of a dental specialist for some time. I needed a great general dentist and I feel I got lucky. There is a warm friendly atmosphere here and Dr. Mugianto and the whole staff have been nothing but awesome with me considering my first introduction was a root canal! Also I judge dentists by how well they numb me up. I've had some real jabbers, Dr Mugianto is gentle and painless. I recommend these folks highly.
