Ideal Dental of West 7th, Fort Worth TX

I went in to get possible cavities looked at and was really pleased when they walked me through each picture and xray. They also laid out the cost before they did any procedure. They have an in company insurance that majorly dropped procedure price for me, very excited to have a new dentist!

Been waiting on a call back to schedule an appointment.after several attempts thru different methods of contact and failed efforts to schedule an appointment this place is a joke.guess they don't want any more new patients. Anyone trying to schedule an appointment here don't bother you won't hear from them at all. Nothing.

They do great work at this particular location on west 7th. I been going to Dr. Tran for the past couple years and she’s awesome! Very knowledgeable and always gives me great feedback every visit!

During COVID-19 shutdown, Ideal Dental of West 7th sent out an email saying that they would reschedule all appointments previously cancelled automatically and they patients did not need to contact the office. This was a complete lie. After derailing my treatment schedule by disallowing me to pick up my already paid for in full Invisalign aligners, I now get to wait another several weeks so that I can see the on site Dentist. However, I am not allowed to come in sooner because even though I always see only a dental tech at Invisalign fittings, the dentist has to now be in the office. I can guarantee I won't see her that day, as I don't need to, but I also won't be treated until she is hanging around in the back based off of what the receptionist said over the phone.

Great experience with office staff and dentist. I greatly appreciated the way the dentist explains procedures and expenses.

Excellent service from all at Ideal Dental W 7th! Chipped my front tooth and they examined it, including x rays, free of charge. Would highly recommend.

They get you started pretty quickly and the nice ladies behind the front desk are very helpful. Dr. Tran works fast and efficiently to get you in and out and effectively communicate and thing that might need to be addressed in your mouth. Very positive vibes all around while drilling in your mouth. Can’t complain though walk out with a fresh new smile every time!

I moved from Dallas to the downtown Fort Worth area in May so I needed to find a new dentist. I found Ideal Dental on West 7th online and it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me! Dr. Tran is the most knowledgeably dentist I’ve ever had! I also have to mention that the technology in this office is cutting-edge, the images shown to me made me really trust her diagnosis. I can honestly say that I received great dental care!

Never had dental work done on myself for over 10 years. & the moment I came in, I felt welcomed! I’ve been a patient at this location for almost 2 years & almost done with all my mouth treatment! I’ve never felt so excited to come to the dentist a before! The staff is super nice & professional.

I had a treatment done by Dr. Tran and she was so nice & gentle. Bailey was super sweet and helpful with the financials! I definitely recommend.

Great dentist office. Feel very welcome every time I got there, i have even recommended friends and family that feels the same way. Dr. Tran is great and very knowledgeable.even her staff is great. Dee was very helpful and had answers to all my questions. The staff educated me on all of my questions and fears With certain procedures. I felt this dentist only recommended service that’s was needed unlike my previous dentist office.

My experience at Ideal Dental was the best, ever! The staff was kind and communicative about the treatment I was receiving, and the costs associated. Dr. Tran reviewed x-rays and photos with me, pointing out a few surface cavities that the team was able to fill in the same visit. For a cleaning and fillings I was only there for 1.5 hours! Excellent service.

My initial visit with them was not so great, I went in for one thing and they started talking to me about other treatments and did not seem to prioritize what I had come in for. However, my second visit with a different dentist, Dr. Bui was amazing. He is a wonderful and kind dentist and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Ruby, the dental assistant was very friendly and welcoming too. These two totally made up for the earlier visit. I only took one star off from this review because they never emailed me my scans, even after repeatedly telling them to and giving them my contact info.

I was new in town and needed to get a semiannual checkup. Ideal Dental of West 7th was near my apartment so decided to come here. When I checked in, the lady and the front counter was doing her makeup (not the most professional). I did my checkup, was told I needed to get 4 fillings. It seemed a bit odd because I hadn't had a cavity in over 5 years and had regular dental check-ups. Not knowing any better, I accepted and got them that same day. In hindsight, I should have had a second exam elsewhere before I got my teeth drilled into. The dentist/provider, Lisa Tran, billed my insurance over $1800.00 for the check-up and 4 fillings (she was on Instagram when I checked out). Also, the staff was really pushing Invisalign. This experience was quite unpleasant.

I had a dental emergency and was out of town for work and walked-in to Ideal Dental. I was greeted by the most amazing welcoming receptionist at the front desk. Felicia and Keisha were so warm and kind they made me feel so comfortable to be there. Ideal dental is an outstanding professional business that’s clean and organized. The employees there are great to talk to and felt like long lost friends to me. If this dentist was by my home, it would be my primary dental care. Absolute 5 stars no questions asked.

I would like to give Ideal Dental of West 7th a 5 star rating. They were very professional, fast, thorough with explaining my dental work, and patient. " Dr. Tran is the one with the plan" lol she has put together a team of people who will help her elevate. From the dental assistant, Keisha, Office manager Felicia she has something great. Most people leave the dental office in pain and can barely talk. I left there in all smiles wanting to tell the world how great this place is. Thanks lady cant wait to come back for my next visit.

Unprofessional Staff. Dentist is Young and seems Inexperienced. I would give 1 star, but dentist is kinda hot; so 2 stars.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the pleasure of talking with Mindy, the Regional Coordinator this morning about a problem I had at the West 7th office. Instead of trying to solve my problem, SHE HUNG UP the phone on me. Very professional Mindy! I've said it before and I'll say it again, stay FAR AWAY from this office.

The Ideal Dental staff were extremely professional and have been always friendly. It's also a very clean facility and pretty dope that they have TVs in the rooms to pass the time.
