23STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you're in the mood to get ripped off. I moved here from Kansas City 6 months ago and had to find a new dentist. I have only had 1 cavity my entire life and am religious about getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I went to Ideal Dental, where I was told I had SEVEN cavities, not to worry though, they could take care of all 7 right then for just $500. I thought that was weird to all of the sudden have 7 cavities, and also found it weird they wanted to fill them all right then. I declined, so then dentist told me that I shouldn't wait for this and I needed to take action very soon. I called my dentist back home because I wanted to get a second opinion on this matter. She reviewed the xrays Ideal Dental took, and did an exam herself, and confirmed that I had ZERO cavities, and if they were to fill all 7 cavities without them needing to be filled, it would ruin my teeth in the long run. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS they tried to take advantage of me like this, and put my teeth at further risk for a quick buck. I can only image what other false things they are telling their other patients. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
I found Ideal Dental by search for teeth whitening around my house. Because my dental insurance pays for cleanings I was able to get the full work up done in one place.
They were able to discover some issues I was having with 2 teeth that were not even hurting me and had a payment plan to help keep my mouth nice and healthy. They took care of the insurance filing and was upfront about my costs.
The staff is so friendly and the office is clean and so new. Visit these guys - you won’t be disappointed.
