The rooms that aren't remodeled have mold, the lights don't work. No one is in the office when you go pay. They stay gone from 1 or more hours.

I wish you could give half of a star, very horrible place to work, have a little girl as the supervisor of the housekeepers but she has to ask her sister how to supervise whatever her sister says she does and the sister is rude and acts like the boss instead of front desk person

I THOUGHT this Place was improving but I was wrong. The current staff is inconsistent some days they're very nice but majority of the time they make us feel like an inconvenience. We were promised a new bed months now years ago and still continue to wait. The current bed is lumpy and hurts my back enough to the point I am sleeping on an air mattress. The vending machines NEVER EVER work.
The night we lost everything. We were right next to the front desk and the room flooded completely. It looked like it was raining in our room plus about 3 to 4 inches of water on the floor. It broke my Dad's Apple desktop computer, my HP laptop doesn't turn on since and my iPad not including the other items we had to get rid of thanks to the water damage. We've never heard anything from them regarding the loss of these items. My Dad worked from home as a medical writer and hasn't been able to do that. After a few weeks of not hearing anything from the management here I wrote an email to the corporate office and again no response whatsoever. Although one thing continues to change is the price. We're in one of the unrenovated rooms still but our rent has increased roughly $500 more paying by the month. Approximately $1,400.00/month for a 1 bed. They know we don't have any other options and I was told rent is going to continue to raise. It would be nice if they gave us one of the newly renovated rooms like we were promised when renovations began. But no, and haven't heard anything more about it. Also I am extremely disappointed about the way the flooding of our room and losing extremely important possessions without that being addressed in some capacity. Without that computer my Dad can't earn money and is relying on his disability income only. We would have been long gone if we were still able to have his extra income, but no computer means no income, so we are stuck here feeling like doormats. We've been here for 4 years in June and I would leave today if possible.

I'm not holding my breath though.

My advice is go anywhere else. Some employees are helpful but we both feel like this place is and should only be considered A LAST RESORT!

Not much to say about the hotel, but Nelson, who works at the front desk, is a top-notch guy and employee. I had a reservation for a friend who was arriving to Austin near closing time, and he stuck around until the last minute to finalize her check-in. He went above and beyond in giving us a warm welcome and helpful assistance. He deserves some type of raise or promotion.

The only reason I give A STAR is the location! Due to big events in Austin in March, our regular corporate hotel was fully booked throughout the entire month. We were book at this Suites due to the nearest distance to the shop. Check in only provide 2 bath towel that are so thin & small & a roll of toilet paper! We did nota sleep on the bed on the first night when we discover a huge stains, hairs on the mattress cover & sheet with extreme smelly pillows! We can only get to change the next day at 11am where’s the front desk starting to work. Luckily, we were given a new set of all ex wor tue mattress! Oh - a flimsy matress after all! You’ve to wash your own towels & buy your toilet paper! Once a week cleaning with the most minimal effort that they’ll be doing. We even have to scrub the slummy bath tub on the first day we check-in! We re in the ground (premium room) with kids stomping on the upper floor with “timing”. Our worst nightmare was having a next door guests who are arguing mostly everyday at resting hours. No matter how many guests including us complaint to the front desk, all they do was telling the irritating guests not to do it but eventually thIs does not stop them at all. The management obviously are more concern of not getting the room to rent out instead of stop renewing the stay. Unles you’re looking for a low budget stay, be prepared!

Do not stay here. Rooms are nothing as advertised. Crayon drawings on wall, roaches, rust on shower and fridge. Management is also terrible

This place has a very nice Manager They try to keep it clean but for the cost of a suite one would expect the bed sheets and towels to be changed at least every other day this doesn't happen. I was told there's one roll of paper in bathroom after you use it you have to buy your own you have to wash your bed sheets and towels yourself if you want them to be clean they vacuum the room once every three weeks I've been here since 2/10/22 and leaving 3/17/22 my suite has been vacuumed twice sheets never changed nor towels I had to wash myself now this is not an apartment it's a motel suite the rooms don't look like the pictures in their ad. The Disabled parking is not monitored cam's all around property I'm disabled most of the time non disabled cars park in spots for disabled people for days at a time see my photo's

Excellent! Mr Gerald is Very Professional. The Rooms were very Clean. I had a late Check in and he Contacted me. Gave me the # of the Night Clerk. I would Recommend this Place. I have seen posts of Roaches it's not the Place it's people that Move bring them in. Mr Gerald is on top of the Situation. I have stayed the numous times never had a Problem.

Well me and my husband had a terrible experience at another hotel and I was talking to the GM she was so nice, understanding, perfessional, the room was clean and the staff are amazing, she was genuinely concerned about my terrible experience

This has been the worst hotel motel or whatever it is I have ever been too.not only is it infested with roaches, the smell of the room is unbearable and I have BLOOD STAINS on the walls in my room as well as broken cabinets, cigarette butts in the sink. (that I haven't used at all) and the carpet is sticky because it's so dirty.stains all over the walls and curtains.this is the worst place to ever visit. I can't believe a place like this is passing any health inspections. DONT EVER BOOK A SHACK HERE. THEY HAVE HOMELESS CAMPS CLEANER THAN THIS.if I could rate it a 0 I would

Room looks nothing like the online images, patiently waited until 4pm to check in, after bowel movement (which I was holding since 3pm) had to unwrap toilet paper. Just another stay at a 5 star hotel, happens everytime somebody black is working front desk with no housekeeper experience. This one earns 5 for handing out migraines.

Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. It looks nothing like the pictures. Very old and hallways are always smelly. Very sketchy, lots of drug deals. Lots of dogs that are clearly not service dogs.

Its was not a stay we had a car break down right in front of this hotel and they were nice enough not to tow us before we got back to our car so cudo's for them

This place is nothing like they show. It's got mold and filth the halls smell like rotting animals. Not a safe place to bring a baby with you either. Management is ok. They are making the attempt at bettering the place.

Hotel staff was rude and the room had a broken door. They tried refusing my refund as well. They had a renovated room available and instead gave me one that was so horrible I left Booking.com honored my refund this hotel is super sketchy so if you’re super sketchy it is perfect if not don’t do it.

Have to say its a little shady. While drug deals.were openly going on in the parking lot. I was asked to leave because i didnt have shoes on. It seems that management cares more about what you wear than what goes on. There was dog feces in the elevator one morning, it remained there until the following afternoon. Iwould avoid this place if at all possible.it may be inexpensive, but its also cheap and with poor management.

We paid pretty cheap for one night at this place. It kinda makes sense that we paid cheap and got for what it is, but we had good amount of experiences sleeping at cheap places and this is not it. Lol we are okay with sleeping here for one night, but not for few days or a week, because the pictures will speak for themselves.

I would say this is not a decent place to stay at all (even for one night or a cheap price) but if you are really desperate to stay for one night, be ready for this.

****WARNING: I just realized.some of pictures provided by this hotel.may be fake, I think, because it does not look like that at all. Even the entrance picture looks different in real life. I’m confused? Good luck, you guys!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It’s definitely not remodeled and it’s extremely run down. I’ve never ran out of a place so fast. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Really hard to breathe in this place. They have holes cut out of the walls. It smells really bad in the hall ways and staircases. I think its the dirty carpet and Im pretty sure its infested with black mold.

The picture is wrong, this is a good economical alternative to renting, the staff is good.the business imposes a lot of rules, not like staying in a regular hotel by any means
