InTown Suites Extended Stay Austin TX – Research Blvd

While the day of my check in my room 341 was not ready my check in time.was at 3 pm I came in and the manager told me that the housekeepers has not made it to my room yet to clean. The room was awful very bad took them hours to clean it. Me and my kids waited in my car and in the hallway for 4 hours we didnt get to get into our room until 9pm I had to be at work at 5pm I had to call in because our room was not ready til late. So we get into the room and it has this awful sick to my stomach smell this is my second week there and the smell is still in my room very awful. I would like a free night for the inconvenience I miss a day of work do to my room not being ready.my carpet needs a shampoo the room smells awful. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
