Jack in the Box, Houston TX

Very unpleasant experience.never going back there again. Rude staff no one was wearing a mask.we said "thank you". No response.did not give any recipe.when asked for ketchup and sauce for the fries and stuffed jalapeños server rolled his eyes and still did not give any ketchup just gave two sauce and closed the window and left.

Augh! So, frustrating. Everytime I go to order, it's like a nightmare. I asked for their popcorn chicken for my son (original/non spicy) and what so you think they gave me "spicy. " Yes, not just once but numerous times.

Unprofessional, they don’t wear masks in the mid of the COVID pandemic.workers fighting shout loud each other & yeah droplets are sadly would float in the place!

Not worth coming here they offer better customer service at other jacks and when u asked for something extra they just roll their eyes, we are paying for food.

They usually close between 10 and midnight claiming that system is down.they are usually outside smoking or on their phones.

Poor customer service! They did not give me the shake I paid for.dont come to this jack in the box!

The WORST. I love Jack n the Box but this one here. They take forever to give you your food. Don't come to this one.

Every single time i give them the benefit of the doubt and go to this exact location, It never fails that my order comes out wrong! Even after reassuring the person taking my order exactly what i want and they repeat it back to me. Now im calling trying to get ahold of someone and noone amswers. Terrible!

Trash service! This place is always closing earlier than expected! Always having the drive thru blocked off and always taking forever to place an order.

The manager encharged was very rude when I told her the price wasn't what it says on the menu box. She said it was what the cash register says n she can't change the price.

The wilcrest and Bellaire location is the worst. Employees are the least friendly. They take forever to get your order and to give it. Always gives me the wrong thing and have to wait for it to be fixed.

Best breakfast and staff and people in Alief. I felt comfortable and accepted. Best one in the city. Bellaire and wilcrest. Thank you again.

They were out of taco sauce and napkins and disnt want to go get any. They were not busy so there was no excuse

Service was very nice and on time with order. It's fast food got my family thru long day of running around.

I just bought a burrito meal and they forgot to put in my hash brown, and I also bought a tres Leches and it was Frozen. I call in and ask if that’s the way they sell the tres leches cake and they said yes because if they don’t freeze it, it will go bad. I’m very disappointed.

The food is ok but the guy talking like what, you say what all the time. Acting like he couldn't hear anything that makes people feel awkward

Good ultimate cheeseburger, and the gentleman working the night shift had a good personality and his customer service was 100% awesome. Monday night I believe. 01.20.20 Ya da man sir

Would be better if not for the homeless, drug infected straggler, not sorry makes me feel unsafe, otherwise everything was great

Ordered a grilled chicken club salad. They didn't even bother cutting the chicken breast. Unbelievable

Edit: ordered another chicken salad. Once again, the breast wasn't cut. This is the last time I'm making this mistake. Jack in the box's reply below is completely meaningless.

Food is extremely greasy. No attention to detail and the employees have frounds instead of smiles. Not a friendly place at all.
