Jack in the Box, Houston TX

Went with my son and granddaughter yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich and a Jumbo Jack with cheese and sauce only. Received the order only to see they had put lettuce and tomato despite having been asked to only put sauce. Took it back to the cashier and had them remake it. They apologized profusely and told my granddaughter that if she finished her burger they would give her a shake for free. She finished her burger and as promised was given an Oreo shake free of charge. They made a mistake, recognized it, corrected it and offered something in addition. At the end of the day my granddaughter was very happy and I was impressed. Thumbs up and 5 stars.

These worker here try to steal your money by not give back the right amount of chance, be careful people.

Jack in the Box is conveniently located for me, but I would travel there if I had to. Ok think their Asian pork egg rolls beat the ones served by many Asian restaurants. Unfortunately, they don't offer the true hot Asian mustard, only honey mustard nd sweet and sour.

One problem with their mobile app (and other fast service restaurants have this issue also) is that the specials posted on windows are NOT available in the mobile ordering app - a a retired software architect, I consider this completely unacceptable. App specials require mobile ordering, so you end up in the awkward place of saying, "I have a mobile order, but I need to order additional items that cannot be ordered in the app".

Usually, I go there later at night and everything is cooked to order, so no issues with stale fried foods. I'll gladly wait for freshly-cooked food!

Normal Jack in the Box. It was after the lunch rush so the place was quiet and the food was quick to be ready.

I stoped for breakfast before work. I decided to use the rr and wash my hands before I ordered and sat down to eat. Restrooms were locked. I asked if they keep the restroom locked she said yes I asked if I could borrow the key she said no it’s for customers only. I told her I just needed to wash my hands she said she couldn’t give me the key until I purchase something. Now I understand they might do it for homeless people or whatever their reasons might be but I nowhere near looked homeless I was wearing scrubs since I work at the UT physicians around the corner.
