Jack in the Box, Willis TX

Food was decently hot but I ordered 16 tacos and I asked for hot sauce, they gave me 7 pieces in the bag

Food is good but even the manager can’t wear a mask properly. No, it must cover the nose! And by the way, gloves go on the hands!

After visiting most of the fast food places in Willis, only Panda Express consistently uses masks and gloves properly. McDonald’s has excuses, Popeyes did not care if you left without the order or not, Sonic was unaware of the communicable virus going around and Burger King didn’t seem to care about CDC guidelines. At Jack in the Box it was the store manager whose nose went uncovered. Don’t get me started about Dominos whose delivery guy said a contactless delivery is impossible because I need my tips!

So who wears masks and wears them properly?

Food was good but the lady lied said rach was in the bag and I asked for extra sweet and sour and I got an exhaul

Restroom and Restaurant is clean. Food was hot and correct every time. Drive thru is long but they get you in and out quickly.

My most horrible restaurant experience to date. Cashiers standing around not doing anything but can't manage to take an order correctly. Left 30 minutes later with cold food and sick to death of this place. Oh and God forbid you have coupons. This miserable experience was made worse because we had coupons. Couldn't get combo's correct so I'm sure we paid more for what we did get. I'll drive to Conroe from now on. If I choose to eat from Jack in the Box.

Great hot, delicious food, curtious service with a good personality and easy off and on access to I-45. Will stop there again when going to and from Houston.

The staff was very nice when I went inside for breakfast. Love their tacos and egg rolls. Yes I had tacos for breakfast lol.

They skipped my order in the queue and it took 15 minutes to get my burger. They DID get it right though once I brought it to their attention.

Tacos without lettuce is the best, this is the only jack in the box that seems to understand I want everything on them minus the lettuce! Great crispy taste!

They have a good selection as well as an alternating munchie sides they can come up with. Love some egg rolls, potatoes wedgies with cheese and bacon, jalapeno poppers and then a burger with curly fries plus Coke. But instead of buying the hole menu I got a #1 lol. Anyways good food and good service. My only complaint is the location here in Willis tends to burn the eggrolls and slather their tacos in Greece never the less I still eat them so I'd have to say yummmmm 4 out of 5

I give a second star for their proximity to my home. They usually screw up the order, somehow. Ask for extra ketchup, expect 1 extra - they seldom agree to allow you purchase it. Its hit or miss, at best - 85/15. I'd suggest to anyone with fuel to drive to League Line & 45. Sad that a gas station based place is better than a stand alone.

Long Wait time n drive thru. Yet. Food was fresh and hot. Mini Munchies were were good and on point.thx

Visit Jack in the Box quite off and will be visiting Jack in the Box in the future like their tacos and egg rolls

The food is decent, but as with any fast food restaurant, you get what you pay for. Every visit, something is either forgotten, made wrong, or cold. I try to gove places the benefit of the doubt, but so far this Jack in the Box is not doing too hot. I have went insife and through the drive thru. My visits are not during busy times either, which would partially be inderstndable as to why things are lacking.

Staff is great, food is consistently good, but the take-away line is always crowded, slowing the entire process.

Visited after homecoming parade they were out of dr. Pepper and soft serve ice cream not very many people and it still took 20 minutes to get our food

If you haven't given them a try in a while, I can say we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Jumbo Jack. Jack in the box, not just for drunken late night curly fries and tacos.

Great atmosphere especially for being as short staffed as they were and handled everything with professionalism I would love to have them working for me to be able to know their manager was out and they could take care of everything needed

Drive thru employee was awesome. She could tell I was being an airhead when I placed my custom order and questioned me when I got to the window prior to making it the way I had ordered. I'm so glad cause it would have been terrible if she made what I ordered lol

The double cheeseburger was nasty, the meat tasted like processed meat with nerves in it. NO flavor.
