23I love using the mobile app for free or discounted items.but def NOT at this location. It always takes forever for it to "show up" on there screen or be told there isn't an order but it's been taken out my account already. Very frustrating. Never happens at any other jack in the box location.
Time around 8pm, was impressed with cleanliness of restaurant, very polite and respectful, attentive employee. Food was good and made to order. Enjoyed the fact it was served in baskets, we dined in. Overall experience was good, will definitely stop there again next time I'm in that area. Keep up the excellent customer service. Thank you.
Had to explain a simple order for 2 munchie meals with no modifications 3 separate times! Was told to pull around front and wait. Watched several people and cars served and moved around us with nothing. Finally had to go in and still was told to wait. They weren't even busy! FINALLY brought the food out after everything and we weren't even given a bag to hold both meals, sauces and napkins. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING OFF PEAK HOURS.its fast food. Its not that complicated.
