Jack in the Box, Dallas TX

Best restaurant in a 100 mi radius! I love Jack, but some stores are good, some bad, and some "hope for the best". This is the only fast food I eat (except taco bell 3Xs a year). 24 hrs, 7 days a week, consecutive days or haven't been back in weeks, it's GREAT. These are Micheline stars! I've never been inside, no need, they hand you a bag of goodness out of there window, and your off! Maybe to perform life saving surgery or just get stuck in the school zone that surrounds and engulfs, Inwood and Maple, at least you won't be hungry! GOD BLESS JACK!

Visiting Dallas and decided to stop by, great customer service, tried the tacos that everyone loves and I didnt have that same experience with them.

The food was hot and the shake was good. Customer service was trash though. But atleast the food was good to make up for it.

Could not hear the girl running the drive through. She missed half of what were were trying to order and was just plain rude!

After 9am-3pm box buys for only $6. The 15 piece mini tacos plain or loaded is a great buy for only $3 / $4. The large drinks are 44oz and the small is a big drink. Not like other places. Quick service and easy roll-thru.

They are not as good as they used to be I got cold and hard rock friesthe burger was not that good but it doesn't do any good to complain because they do nothing

Check your food at the drive through before you drive away. This is the 3rd time they "forget" our tacos.so annoying and they don't even answer the phone so you can complain.

Today they even had us park and wait for the food, only to short us.grrrr

I recommend the Jack's munchie meal but after 9pm because it's $6. I just wish they'd add the buttery Jack as a sandwich choice.

Long line, I went after 1 a.m. Took a really long time, didn't seem they had more than one person in the restaurant. Food was ok for what it was.

Very dissatisfied. While I was eating three different homeless people approached me asking for money and I was only there for 20 minutes. Food was good, but wouldn't dine in again.

Only the drive thru is open early am, pulled in at 4: 19 with two cars ahead of me, took another 10 minutes before I could order (cited computer problems). After ordering another 12 minutes before I get to the window. I recieved my food and shame on me for not checking the order but drove off only to find it is missing the chorizo fries. This is not the first time this has happened, I expect better service considering that the drive thru is the only task that they have to perform.

GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THEM 12 YEARS AGO, AND HAVE NEVER GONE BACK THERE!

Avoid the drive thru. Once you get in, there's no way out if they are running behind. I waited over 15 minutes for 2 tacos. Reasonable priced fast food, but dear lord! Jack in the Box, get your S in order!

Definitely one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had literally anywhere. Mostly due to poor management and an employee who was everything but trained to work at a food establishment. Touched her face around 25 times in three minutes including bare handed wiped her nose, then proceeded to expedite food and package fries onto a bag, opening the bag with her disgusting dirty hand. Day of visit 7/31/18 at 10: 45am

My food was just excellent, stellar.
They gave me the wrong sauce though, and both my cashier and the manager gave me a quick, genuine apology.

Went today picked up lunch for a few of us at the office, the girl Keonna not sure of spelling was so rude, when I mentioned how rude she was she disregarded me and turned to next customer said can I help you. I did tell a manager she was rude just to acknowledge that before I left.

The food was good but the place needs to be more clean specially the area where the drink dispenser is located.

Watched as an employee grabbed ice out of the ice machine with gloveless hands for her personal iced coffee right before my ice was taken out of the same machine for my drink. Also got a shake which was quite literally 40% whipped cream, not shake.

Jack in the Box is one of my favorites and this is easy to access with all the standard Jack in the Box Fare.

All pork no chicken or turkey. Not much choices for breakfast. Wouldn't recommend unless you eat pork or ham but no chicken or turkey options for breakfast.
