Worse out of state experience ever. Food was cold, staff was rude, and I thought the bathroom was really dirty. Never again.

I had to wait about 35 minuets on the drive thru because there were cars in front of me and behind me. When I finally got to the window the employees were arguing with each other. On top of that.they always give you the wrong food.

Thank you Ms. Evelyn, Ms. Jessica, and the cooks. Always a pleasure coming here, real hospitality. Thank you!

Food was fresh, but employees lacked a sense of urgency and were not very personable. Restaurant had a dingy appearance and feel.

Tacos always.churros.cheese cake and curly fries! Complete muchies pack ask for hot sauce and ketchup

We did not have a very good dining experience at all. The order was incorrectly taken, and they tried to tell me that we didn't order what we actually ordered. The entire staff of three employees working there were not friendly, never smiled once, and had a very despondent attitude.additionally, our food was Far Below the proper temperature.

I dont know why but this location is Pro in taking the order,

Great don't go to the one in Forth Worth on Ruff Snow. It just awful. Got pancakes one time. They told me they don't offer butter. They gave me dirty water. And said trust me it water.lol

Wow! This was the WORST Jack in the Box experience I've ever had. I was visiting from Minnesota where we aren't blessed enough to have Jack so I was excited. It was Christmas Eve. The person at the speaker was so damn rude. His name is Marcus and he thought he was queen of Jack in the Box. I tried to add an item and he cut me off and said they didn't do that despite nobody being behind us in line. I went in there and his tattooed colleague with the face piercings was just as bad. She was so rude and tried to charge for water. She then said she could be rude cause she had to work on a holiday and that being rude was the American way. They then proceeded to vent about the customers in the drive thru and made fun of them. I was appalled! I ordered my dessert and steamed in disgust. I called my mom to vent and talk me down and told her what she said so that the worker could hear. The Oak Cliff me, would have popped off but I guess I've been in MN too long. It's people like her and Marcus that contribute to the toxic climate we find ourselves in. It was Christmas Eve and I could have been anywhere else. It's not my fault that they had to work. I'm still so disgusted that they made it to through the hiring process. Jack will be hearing from me! Don't go to this location if you want to be treated with respect and dignity!

UPDATE: The regional manager, Mr. Bond reached out to me via telephone and sent my family coupons. He was very nice and apologized profusely and said he would have a discussion with the disgruntled employee. I appreciate when people take responsibility! Thanks Mr. Bond and thanks Jack! If you are disrespected at an establishment, fight back with words! We all deserve respect and kindness! Peace! ️

This night shift has no respect for their customers and got mad when THEY got my order wrong. Even when I asked them to correct it the two females gave rude attitude so I pulled off.

Always open can't beat two for a buck tacos it's a convenient spot for quick bites. I almost always go thru the drive thru stay humble. Jack is always there when you need him the burgers alright. The bacon is maybe the flimsiest bacon I've ever seen but it's fast food so don't knock it.

Horrable! Stay away! Was almost mugged by homeless man. I knew homeless people hung around this Jack in the Box but the day I went in I checked to make sure there was no one around. I got out of my car went in ordered my food, sat down and ate. When I came outside two homeless guys coming from different directions were fighting for the chance to come beg me for change. They both followed me to my car And was literally touching me. They are very aggressive here and desperate for their next crack fix stay away or be very careful. Never Go here at night.

Bad service! Got ripped off on fries and our burgers were made wrong.asked for refund and night manager stated he couldnt do it!
