I wasn’t even able to order because some older woman employee tammy wanted to be so important and make my trip about her I guess? I get to the window I didn’t ask how she was doing this morning but she felt the need to tell me “I’m doing great this morning too thank you so much for asking” in a catty tone. I was literally just trying to figure out what to order because I’m still trying to wake up. I wasn’t aware ordering food required a full conversation before hand. It’s barely 9am and I just need to hurry and get food before class.

The most perfect looking sourdough jack I ever had was at this location. It actually looked like the burgers in commercials. I NEVER seen any burger franchise do this. Well, today I did at Jack in the Box with the Number 3-Sourdough Jack! And it was as good as it always is. I'll be back!

They don’t listen to what you want and take forever. The lady at the window wasn’t even wearing a mask, but yet have signs posted about wearing them in car. Never will I go to this location again!

I have been stopping by at this store for lunch since the quarantine started (like 2 times a week) and I will say, the food has been fresh and correct! Minimum wait for driv-thru. THATS LUNCH THO! - I appreciate their efficiency & energy- keep it up J-n-B

We ordered through the drive thru. We asked for condiments and when we got home, there were no condiments. Asked for ranch, red hot sauce, taco sauce and didn't get any. We also didn't get any napkins.

I usually have pretty low expectations from fast food, so I shouldn't be surprised. But right now, they have one place to sell food.the drive thru. You would think they would get it right.

They also gave us an extra burger. It was thrown in the trash, no one wanted it.

New burger was terrible! I had a number 2 combo meal. The only thing good were the curly Fries. Good thing I got tacos too.

Worst location I have ever been to. Most recent experience left me without food as I wanted to pay in cash and was told sorry, we don’t have any change. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves despite the pandemic.

My hamburger was barely edible. The meat was thin and dry. All of the fat was squeezed out, and there was very little toppings on the bun.

Tell the marketing department to stop with the trashy commercials and I will start coming back. Let other chains use middle school boy humor.stop stooping to that level!

We went to jack in a box this morning and ordered taco's and chicken nuggets and taco's that we oreded were burnt inside and they were the nastiest tacos's I ever ate while we there a customer came in from the drive through they messed his order three times before they got it right I will never go there again

Everything was broke at midnight? Hmmm funny that there are no cars there, they aren't getting any business and their health department score went down to an 89! I really hope they clean up their act. I guess it is hard to find exceptional employees to work the graveyard shift these days.

This place needs a manager! Amazing how the shake machine only works at daytime never night!
And employees could care less about anything let alone having a job

The drive thru was super slow and I was the only car in line. Took 20 mins for my food to come out!

This place was dirty, it took 30 minutes to get our food. When we did get the food it was burnt.

The 2 lady’s running night shift are the best employees this store has had in a long while. Hope they can keep up the good service and employees. This was the spot back in the day, I think it can get there again.

This has to be the best Jack in the Box I've been to. The service was amazing and the breakfast was spot-on!

Slow. I was the only person inside and though their were a few people going through the drive through it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. I was missing an item I ordered and walking up to the counter it was as if everyone went home. Took a few minutes and a couple of hellos before someone walked up.

281 and evans road. Says it's open 24 hours. It is not.lights on outside, inside is empty. Please change your hours of operation, or.maybe schedule some employees to work graveyard. I stop by every now and then late night just to check and see if someone is there. Can't believe this location is still operating. Please don't send me an apology message. This has gone on for at least 2 years. I'm done. I guess whataburger is life. But thats ok with me.

This place is horrible. Every time I go "the shake machine is down" or they are out of mix. Just one excuse after another. It's 24 hours and a lot of the time they are closed at night. And you can't even drive away your stuck in line at the drive thru. I sat there for 20 mins before I could leave.
