28Got another customer's order, I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger. The burger was undercooked. They asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries then didn't give me any (why even ask if you're not going to double check?)
Food ok. Convenient when your in hurry but if you have time on your hand better options out there
Was only one in drive through at 9: 30 pm, got my sandwich fast and everything was hot. Order was accurate. Gave lots of napkins. Single employee there was friendly. Great that coupons come in the mail, or else it is a bit pricey especially compared to its fast food competition. Sadly I do not think this location will last, as it does not seem to do much buisness. 4/5 only because it is slightly pricey, and once I did go in there and it was a bit dirty (restroom and sticky floor: (eww)
I so wish there was a Jack in the Box in Fort Collins, I go every time I visit family in Texas.
Worst burger and fries ever. I asked for hot fresh fries but I got fries that tasted like they just came out of the freezer bag. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, lame bacon, cold meat, and dry buns. I asked for extras pickles and barely got two. I'm rating a one star so I can make this comment. I don't even give it one star.
All the lights are on, employees are there at 11: 00pm today but when you go thru the drive thru they say they are closed. Hours say the drive thru is opened 24 hrs? What’s the deal?
Great value, tasty food and the friendliest servers around. I'm not a fan of breakfast food, and they will happily make a cheeseburger or taco any time!
Took a while to get our order and then it was wrong, incomplete would be more accurate. There's nothing like getting home and then noticing your order is wrong or missing items. When we called to complain the manager was helpful and promised to replace the entire order on our next visit.
