I didn't get no receipt and received a cold burger. I called the current manager on duty and he said that a refund can't be done. I put together the little money I had to come here. I didn't get a warm meal after a 8 hour shift and I couldn't get a refund.

I had a list of things to order at this restraunt and i was ordering by phone while the driver was at the drive thru. The lady working at the drive thru was already in a bad mood it seemed. When i recieved my order i notice i was missing the "new 50/50 popcorn chicken" around 2am today. I had my driver go back to the store and the drive thru lady (Brenda) seemed to have had an attitude and told my driver that it was a lie, in which she said she put my popcorn chicken in the bag. He already explained to her that the popcorn chicken was missing. So i paid for popcorn chicken and didnt get it. I spent $24 on my order.
Same day before 5pm Adriana fixed up my order and gave me what i was missing and apologized for whatever mistake was made last night. We had a mutual understanding and everything was fine. Thats why this review was edited and my star rate for this restraunt went up. It was 1 employees fault not the entire store. So thankyou for making this right.

I was very, NOT HAPPY my burger was all wrong, my food was staile, cold as ice and when i called about it they told me they did not care.

Really nasty and she had the biggest attitude and they over charged me for 3 big jack. They gave me 3 ham when I asked for 2 bacon and sausage. She charged me for extra jalapeños and it wasn't fresh. I won't come back here anymore. Trash and the location in Houston is much better.

Late at night there is a younger boy that works there who is rude and sounds and looks like he don't want to do his job and then on top of that forgets to give me my drinks and I'm still parked right there then opens the window and I say what about my drink then he continues to look at the screen and talks about the drink to another employee before giving me my drinks with an attitude NEEDS TO BE FIRED

I ordered online through the app. The receipt was sent through email as usual from past times. Went to the drive through. They said they didnt see the order. Was told to pull up to the window. They then said they still didnt recieve the order. But yet I was already charged. I told them this. Showed them the only receipt that's sent. The employee then said it wasnt they're problem. They didnt see the order on they're computer. So I was lying apparently. Me and my wife then proceeded to tell them we have the receipt the only receipt that is sent. Which we gotten everytime. And didn't look no different than the others. And was still told it was the app. I then showed them where I was charged through my bank. And still wasnt enough. So at that point i just wanted my money back. Since they didnt want to give me my order. They then said they cant refund my money. Asked to talk the manager. The manager still refused. So I Insisted on a different opinion and asked if i may talk to his superior. They then said they couldn't do that. And then asked me to pull up out of the drive through. But I just wanted his superiors name and number or just speak to him. And they refused. So I refused to move until i recieved a name and number so I can find out how or what I need to do to refund my money. After 10 min. They then called the police. Which we just wanted a reason and to know how to get a refund. Will never go back again!

Very bad service. It doesn't matter what I order they always manage to mess it up. I get an ultimate cheeseburger and I get one patty on it if I ask for sourdough bread I got one and one regular bun. This place is a joke a waste of time and money.

After a little incident a young manager who's name i couldn't remember redeemed the store to me by giving me a large shake in apology for the last one I had gotten he was very friendly and makes me want to return. From 3 stars to 5

Horrible food we got the 2 for 4 supreme croissant and first off it was thrown together. Was cold and had 1 slice of bacon. My egg was green i had to pull off on the side of the road to throw up. Called to tell them about it and no one spoke English. Will never return there again.

Had a bad experience with this location, they told me to wait at the front for just 2 dollar tacos which should be ready in a minute. They took 15 minutes to give me my food and if it wasn't for me calling them before i probably wouldn't of gotten my food at all. Will not be going there again!

It's Jack in the box food is decent and not too expensive. Pretty fast service which is nice but can kinda of be a pain to get into the drive through depending on how you enter. Haven't really had bad service but nothing great either.

Great food and Price are great.need to have all menu available after midnight, always craving teriyaki bowl but never available after midnight

Even thougb the person who accompanied me is a CRAZY annoying butthead, my visit was great! The ordering process went smoothly and food came out hot. EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG (the two other Jack in the Box restaurants near me couldn't get an order right if you paid them a thousand dollars!). Definitely would recommend this location!

Dirty water they need to change the filter it came out yellow water no good maintenance poor housekeeping and services too the employee sucks

Used the drive through, they messed up on my order so I walked inside, the guy let me keep the wrong order and then gave me my original order for free. This usually never happens but the way they handled it was generous.

Food is OK here. As with any fast food place line is always loner during lunch and Kate night weekends. Good place to go if you're on a budget, more food for your dollar. Walk in service is better than drive through however. I've only had 1 bad experience at this location. Pulled up and the line wasn't very long, it was early evening. Asked for 2 separate orders because i was ordering for multiple people and the guy refused. My first thought was he was new and didn't know how so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said the same thing, they were unable to take multiple orders at the time. It didn't make sense so I took my money elsewhere that day

Asked for no lettuce on any of my food and got lettuce on everything. Food very poorly put together. Long wait. Good customer service but horrible cooks.

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered the southwest scrambler plate and it was horrible. The potatoes had this weird nasty/bitter taste in the back of my throat. Fun by thing is this is not the first location that I've been to that has this nasty taste. Jack in the Box needs to do better.
