29Sorriest Jack in the box I ever been too. Always waiting there especially at night. People are never nice and always rude.
Everytime I come my food is either wrong, forgot something or something that's been cooked sitting there. Tacos are always old on the night shift.
Just great food good seating and easily noticeable from street view because it's right next to it not covered by anything
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the special which was a cheeseburger. The bun was way bigger than the meat patty. I tore off half the bun. The meat was dry and hard, it look like it was a week old. I could have used it as a coaster. The staff was the rudest group I have ever seen. The place was so nasty & dirty. I think the health department needs to check them out more often and without notice.
Always check your food before eating it or giving it to your kids, chicken sandwich had a long reddish brownish long hair and I had barely took 2 bites felt so nasty chewing on hair yuck,! Ya need to be more careful when ya eat out,
I went to Jack at around 3 am yesterday and they where smoking outside and with a rude attitude they refused to take my order. And it's not the first time that they're closed at this time. Is Jack not opened in the mornings anymore?
Almost very day this past month at around 11: 30 pm they're closed saying their system is down. So frustrating
This place sucks! My experience was horrible, as I ordered a sourdough and received 2 untoasted breads with a piece of meat. They said their toaster broke, but this is AFTER I had left with my order and noticed. In addition, ordered the "Limited" triple bacon and of course it had only 1.1 bacon, really just 1 bacon. The manager was not management material, I will leave it at that! Oh my visit time was at midnight, no not after the club/bar. Thanks
This jack in the box is probably one of the worst in pasadena. I understand its a restaurant and all & when its busy orders are going to take long to come out i dont mind waiting 15 for an order at a FAST food restaurant but 45 minutes it's a bit too much for a FAST food restaurant. The employees are running around like chickens without heads and making rude comments about customers orders.
