Jack in the Box, San Antonio TX

I'm amazed by how long the drive through line takes here. It's really something unique. Foolishly I've come here twice seeking food but both times I ended up driving away. Ashamed and disgusted with myself for coming back

The manager was abandoned by her work crew but still managed to complete our order with a positive attitude.

Folks are nice, but this one is the dirtiest & slowest stores in San Antonio. Love the Jack In The Box brand. I hope they fix this one so we don’t have to drive farther to get better service.

The inside was very hot, like the ac was not working. It took a while to get our order. Food was good.

It just wasn't timely for me I guess cause there were only 2 cars ahead of me and I didn't get to the window for 15 minutes. I still had to wait for another 5 minutes. Food was fine!

Not fast enough for being a fast food restaurant, they took my order and still made it wrong. They parked me and took a while to receive my food. Overall the food was good but the service was not great

There was no a/c in the area where customer eat. Only were the staff was working. I ordered my burger without mayo. It still had mayo. My fries were like rocks. Hard an burnt. If I was the owner. I would never open my doors knowing what's it like there. None of the soda options were available. Other customers were walking in and walking right out. I should have done the same.

If he didn't work bathroom was disgusting, it took forever for the food.
Oh. And the soda machine didn't work either.

They seem to take there time.not complaining, just want you to be aware that they take away the meaning of fast food.

Extremely dirty. Bathrooms were filthy, floors and tables in lobby were very dirty. Especially for being 930 in the morning. Fountain machine and counter areas were in major need of a wipe down.

So disappointed. I drove from Atlanta to San Antonio to visit family and was craving jack in the box.
1- we waited 15min in the drive thru lane for our food and no one was in front of us 2-I was hoping for some fresh fries, instead we get fries that tasted like they dipped them in oil just to reheat them up
3-the tacos were over cooked/ burnt idk how you burn tacos but yeah
Not coming here ever again

Food was as expected for Jack.short handed of help, store was a little messy due to lack of help

Absolutely horrible customer service.
Will NOT be going back ever.
I should have drove the 2 extra minutes to a different location.
I even called to talk to the General Manger because of the situation and she was argumentative and disrespectful.

Walked in to see if the bad reviews where really true. Floor was recently mopped but it’s true that there is no a/c in the dining area and the freestyle machine was out of service. I walked around and took some pictures but never saw an employee.

Fair, restrooms filthy, kept giving my order to other customers, had to wait almost an hr for tacos? The cook would complain in front of customers that they had more tacos to cook, wont go again.

This place was filthy. No drinks available in the soda fountain and a very indifferent staff that took 10 minutes to acknowledge several people at the counter. Never going back here.

Restrooms are a mess, workers just standing around talking.floors are nasty didn't stick around to eat. After everything I saw when I walked in. I'll pass. I'm giving this place 5 stars for the Nastiest. JACK in THE BOX. I have ever stepped foot in!

Food was good. Service could be better as the guy working the counter seemed to be less than thrilled to be there. Thier selfserve drink dispenser was hooked up wrong giving you something other than what you wanted. Diet coke was orange. Dr. Pepper was sprite. Etc. There is no tea out for the pubic to serve themselves. You have to wait for a worker to get it for you behind the counter. Very inconvenient.

Filthy the min. You walk in your feet stick to the floor. The soda machine doesn't work. The guy last min. Tells us that if we want to have soda he can fill it in the back.it took him longer than 5 min. Service here is terrible. Jack in the box is going down hill. They should just shut them all down at this point.

Unclean everything, I mean tables, bathrooms, staff eating and drinking on the food prep table. No hand washing after eating, right back to touching foid orders. No est bueno. This Jack is off the list for awhile.
