Jack in the Box, San Antonio TX

Waited 28 minutes for 2 burgers and there was No line when we got there except the car in front of us! Not to mention the poofy haired lady at the register who works nights was RUDE talking about, "You got something to say? ! Yea I do, I shouldn't have to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 burgers. Worst service we have ever had at ANY fast food place ever!

I'm giving this place ZERO STARS even though I had to give a star, the restroom's were nasty and smelt. Had to wait for 1 of the 3 employee's that were there staring at me to even place a order. (5minutes) and even at that they all look "high" even the manager showing her a$$ seriously real professional. I'm never going back to this place ever.

This is the store that corporate forgot about. Probably 30% of the soda selections work, and the store is missing half of its tables and chairs. The 89/B score wasn't worrisome to say the least. Good luck eating here.

Really bad. They forgot half my order then when I went back they said sorry we aren't accepting orders at this time. Didnt even try to hear the problem.

If you are eating inside it looks like it has not been cleaned in a couple of hours very few tables to eat at the staff is very nice but the appearance inside is enough to make you want to go somewhere else was eating my food after asking for fresh fries a off duty staff member came in and was showing off his new car all the staff but the manager I think went outside and a customer walked in and stood at the front no one was inside so he walked out went McDonald's across the street

This location has been one of the worst mixed bags when it comes to waiting times when its not even busy and the temp of the food. I used to go here often because I worked nearby but stopped after having a bad experience time and time again.

I gave it another chance recently and everything was actually good and hot. Im hoping thats a sign of change.

Speed of service was excellent and customer satisfaction was superb. Thanks to Christine and her help

People are friendly, food is fresh and restaurant is clean.they aren't the fastest but it's a good place.oh, they did need to service their drink machine - one of those 100+ flavor drink machines- it was running out of flavors the 2x I went (a week apart) that's the only reason for the 1 star deduction.

I agree, the service might not be the fastest or on a timely manner but they are respectful and the food is good, beside we need to learn how to have patients because there's more serious problems in this world than waiting sitting down for our meal! These employees are just trying to make a living just like us! We all learn or better our skills as we go along, so maybe you unsatisfied people start learning how to cook so you can take your lunch, "problem solved! "
