33STOP! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I’m on my second Jaguar and it’s been the worse two years. Recently I was told I needed a new steering column which was going to run about $4,000. I was hung up on 4 times before I was able to speak to someone and then the person I spoke to told me that there wasn’t and advisor assigned to my car and they see someone looked at the car and there was a quote but no name. This is very unprofessional that someone it making quotes on cars and not attaching their name to it. On top of all of the miscommunication I needed someone to go out to my car so I could explain that it’s the gear knob that was stuck. I drove an hour to the dealership had them take me to my car and I fixed it myself. I FIXED IT MYSLEF! I saved myself $4,000. The GM treated it as if it was insignificant. Yes he apologized, but that was pretty much it. I’m not looking for a hand out, but it would have been nice of him to offer something. I will never use this location again.
The experience at the Central Houston Jaguar was outstanding! Our salesperson Bo went above and beyond to find us the Jaguar we wanted - in IOWA! He worked with us constantly and made us feel like we were his only customer. The finance person Corey was also outstanding. He walked us through the process with no stress and fun stories about his days playing college baseball. The entire team there is just outstanding.
Brady my service advisor got me in and out within the same day, which was critical as I was leaving the next dat for a business trip out of town. Their new text messaging system works very well and kept me up to date. Lastly, their newly redesigned service center and showroom is first class.

Kris was an excellent advisor, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and was knowledgeable of the product.
I took my Jaguar to get routine maintenance and have a few repairs completed that were covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. They kept my car for a week and none of the repairs were completed (although they said they did). There were also scratches on the car that were not there at drop off. My car was worse than it was when I dropped it off and I had to make an appointment at another Jaguar service center to fix this service center’s mistakes. I will never be going back to this service center as their lack of knowledge, professionalism, and care is appalling!
Had a problem with my battery monitor - they ordered the part, fixed it and i was in and out before the quoted time. Perfect service
Had a great experience.got a loaner, and although it took them like 8 days to complete the work due to shipping delays on parts, they went above and beyond and covered things for me that I thought I would have to fight for. Very professional and courteous.
Worst dealership ever dealt with. I called them one week ago but no answer then called 3 days after and I was transferred to answering machine, I left my info but no one called me back. Called them today, the service department agent took my info and I was told to receive a call from them in 5 mins. Again, No one called me. When I lastly called back they were closed. I was trying to book an appointment for my jaguar service but didn’t expect this jaguar dealership to be that bad. Will never try to go there again

It’s almost impossible to think that a luxury brand offers this kind of service to their customers.
Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star here. It's been a week and no response from their service department regarding servicing my Project 8. As a matter of fact, ALL Jag dealers must have service departments closed right now using Covid as an excuse because no text, email, or phone calls have been returned. Tomorrow makes 1 full week and nothing.
I got the 32K miles services for my Jaguar F-type during the last weekend. Tiffany was taking care of my car and she was really friendly and professional consultant from this dealership. Would highly recommend!

I received prompt and professional service from Ms. Gloria Sanchez. Everything promised was delivered on time. Service was excellent.
I used to go to the other jaguar service station because it was close to my home, but my last experience with them was appalling. This time I chose Jag Central, even though it was away and inconvenient. Ms Sanchez, my service adviser was very helpful and supportive as diligent mechanics diagnosed and resolved a complicated problem. I was very pleased with the experience. I was treated well, felt valued and Ms Sanchez showed genuine concern for my problems.
The service in this place is excellent, very attentive, helpful and doing everything possible for the client to leave satisfied, I was fortunate to have a representative who helped me in everything, definitely the best experience, I am fascinated with my Jaguar and even more with the people who work in this company.
This place is a complete nightmare. Service and parts departments should be avoided at all costs.
This Dealership is the worse place I have ever tried to do business with all of the sales staff were rude and not helpful. I have a Dealers License, agreed on a price for the car, there price, and they said I had to pay sales tax, according to the DMV I'm exempt from paying tax for anything I buy for resale. I will file a complaint with the DMV. Very unprofessional.
Gloria provided the best customer service ever. She kept me informed each day on my cars progress. The service was impeccable from start to finish and I am loving my baby now more than ever. Thank Jaguar Central.
