My experience was great. I was able to obtain a loaner as well. My service rep Edwin took care of everything from the beginning to end. My car handles like it did when I first purchased it. The technician did a great job. Thank you Jaguar Houston.

Scrambled my radio and settings. Did not restore back. Steering wheel now makes a odd squeaking noise.

My husband and I came here to view the F Pace model. No salesperson asked if we needed help or if we had questions. I expect more from a luxury car dealership. A car purchase is about the vehicle and the service the customer receives from the dealership for as long as they own the vehicle. Jaguar Houston Cemtral ruined my new car buying experience. I will choose another Jaguar dealership for my purchase.
