Came in ready to purchase a vehicle. I was greeted by no one. And walked passed by several individuals. I highly suggest a training session on proper management of customers for your front desk staff, in order not to lose potential buyers.

Best service I will recommend this dealership, I been to 2 different ones because I didn’t like the service, but this one is the one! I will be doing all the service on my Jaguar here.

Had the unfortunate luck to be run off the road onto a curb to avoid being hit. The accident caused my steering to be extremely hazardous, I was able to make it home. Today, I was able to drive to Momentum and get it taken in for evaluation. I have always had every confidence in Momentum as their customer service is five star. Even with the pandemic and no previous appointment.they made it happen. I am grateful for their customer service and support. Accolades to Kevin Sturgess for always having my back!

Customer service is lacking. Sales staff informed me they were too busy to assist on a lease quote after asking several questions from me and then waiting hours for no response back.

Had to find a sales person to sell me a vehicle here and it was the worst time buying my vehicle.

Calling the dealership to get a hold of someone is literally impossible

Superb service! I love their waiting area which is where I was able to plug in my laptop at a table with a lamp and take a videoconference call using their free wifi. I just wish they had cookies ready at 9 am:)

To be honest, I had some not so great experiences at Momentum Service many years ago, but this time the experience was wonderful. Even in the middle of quarantining during the Covid-19 event, they were professional, friendly and the work was performed excellently. They had all of their social distancing procedures down pat and it was a breeze to get in and get out. Very happy that I decided to give them another chance.

It was past the time for my annual check up; my faithful Service Technician, Kevin Sturgess called and told me I was past due and needed to bring my car in. Kevin has been there for me with all three of my car purchases and makes sure that I stay on top of my car service needs. There were basic service needs but he spotted a few problems that needed immediate attention, he has always put my safety as a priority. My experience at Jaguar Momentum has always been of five-star service and care.

Great place but not the prices. I hope if you have a jaguar that your negative battery cable doesnt break like mine did. You will have to order from Dallas.

Was able to schedule impromptu apptmt. ; service checked out concern and was back on road in little over and hour. Jonathan Scott, Service Manager was a breath of fresh air and handled the issue with dignity and grace!

Do not use the parts department here. They have no idea what they are doing! Horrible customer service as well

Worst after sales service. I had booked an appointment for a loaner. The lady on the phone said the loaner will be provided but when I got here they refused. First they made me wait for an hour even though I had an appointment, second, the person was rude af and. I drive their top end Xj. Wonder how they treat their other customers. Never take your car here for service. I wish I could give zero stars. I get treated better at a Volkswagen dealership.

Kevin Sturgess has been my service tech for years at Momentum and I have always come away 100% satisfied.

He and Momentum have always excelled in doing the right thing and always on-time.
