JCPenney, Harlingen TX

Wife had hair cut and she was happy. I walked around for 30 minutes and was totally ignored. Only one person said hi and that was not an employee.

Always a long wait to pay! They could open more registers. Management is always watching but not helping. Blah the return counter is never open so you ah e to wait in line at the regular counter. Just shop online!

I called the store to see if they had Bermuda shorts. The girl went to check, came back and told me yes. I went down and spent over $100. The young lady was very friendly and helpful.

Love the convenience of having a JCP card! But best of all is the savings! I can choose clearance items, use my points and still use JCP coupons from my phone!

Our Salesman/Cashier, DOMINICK, was very courteous and informative. I was very tempted to get a JC PENNY credit card. Maybe next time DOMINICK. Had an awesome time shopping.

Shod sales associate very, very helpful. Needed 6 mo old granddaughter shoes and only one shoe found. Finally found other shoe but not correct size.

There were hardly any people here considering its Spring Break. I think its the online shoppers who kill the possibility of any life in the actual JCP store.

Only place I like to shop for clothes! One in Harlingen needs to be more cleaned and organized but love JC Penney

Nicely organized, use phone app for discounts. Better yet give low price at check out and stop the games.

I have worked at Penneys in another city and been in many. This one looks like a bad garage sale. Half empty soda bottles, merchandise on the floor, was never approached by an employee and actually never saw one. I think they need a visit from the district manager and regional manager at best.

Great clearance sales. Had a hard time find an associate to the fitting room and to the register.this was on a weekday during the day.

Worst experience! I took my son for shoes, but the shoe department was a mess. I couldn't find anyone to help us. The young man the checkout paged someone, but nobody ever came. We waited for 30 minutes with no help before finally leaving. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I won't be giving them my business anymore.

They did have some things that looked cute. But to be honest they had things that looked the same as what some of the other department stores in the mall were selling. Even look like they had the same clothes as Target in a few of the Isles, didn't really stand out with much variety to me.

This store didnt have there sales tags for the proper attire and in wrong places and they didnt want to honor wht was on the tag displayed.

Had the worst experience today. Needed shoes for my son and there was no one there to help. I ask someone in another department if there was anyone in the shoe department who could help me and all she simply said was "no ma'am I'm sorry". Went to look for another sales associate and she at least paged someone to help. 10 minutes later no one came.

Well I have visited JCPENNEY several times and it's like I can never find anyone working the department. I was there today and no one to be found to answer my questions. Had to pay to get some answers and the cashier states, Oh there is NO ONE IN THE DEPARTMENT!

Unorganized. A/C was not working. I understand it's crazy around school shopping time. But omg! Clean up while you work!

JC Penney is one of my favorite clothing stores. They always carry cute, comfortable & up to date clothing in my size. They also carry very unique & one of a kind costume jewelry. I can always find some really cute earrings, rings, necklaces, etc. They also have great sales, especially when u use their coupons in combination with their sale items. I always recommend JCP to my friends & family.

Terrible customer service. My wife was never notified that her order had arrived. So they got rid of it. They hire people who absolutely don't give a dam.

This time I didnt have long wait at checkout. The fitting room were kept clean this time. No ridiculous mess. My salesclerk was friendly and helpful.
