They need more clothes for bigger people not just people just in skin and bone every one is different the only way the company will make a difference is make a change in there for clothes to fit the customers plus bigger sizes of shoes

Name brand clothes for men and women, and kids. They also sell from shoes and jewelry, home decor, lady cosmetics that they can buy and try out. JC Penney has the best deals every month and holidays, great customer service and will clean.

Very unorganized don't shop here especially at this jcpenny. The prices are wack who wants to shop somewhere, where all items are out of place & get told "this item is not that price" after waiting in line.

There are no words for how bad this store looked.
I went there to buy a baby gift and I walked around the entire downstairs without one associate speaking to me.they literally did not acknowledge my presence.
Once I located the baby department it looked like people actually took boxes of random clothing and dumped them on tables and on the floor. I have seen garage sales more organized than this store
This was my first and my last experience here.
