23Far from experts at the Granbury location. Took my Buick to get the turn signal fixed. When they were done with it, it cost me 650 dollars. Drove it home it had the same problem, it would not cancel. Took it back several times and they pushed me on down the highway. I would not suggest taking your car or truck there
DO NOT BUY HERE! I wish I had read all the reviews. We were screwed just like everyone else! How does a $10,500 car end up costing $20,000? We made an agreement of $10,500 and were shown the estimated taxes and fees. Then finance finds a ways to just tag those taxes and fees to the cost of the car, then we get taxed again? !? ! Be aware of their "shottenkirk care". We did not agree to that! Finance says he'll throw it in for free! Nope we were charged anyway! Please go elsewhere. Do not buy here!
They mechanic shop in the rear of the building along with the detail shop need to contain their trash better. Also if they could learn how to turn off car alarms quicker than 37 minutes that would be nice.
Everyone was professional and courteous and done everything they could do to get me back on the road. They hooked me up with a loaner.
I went to get new keys made for the car I just bought last night and was told he needed the VIN so I came home to get it. Now I have to go back in the morning so they have the correct key code to make the right keys so I'm driving back tomorrow
Mark Clark is a very dishonest business manager. Obtain your own financing and don’t deal with him. He tries to slam you with products and lies when his lips are moving. If they will employ people like him beware!
Horrible customer service tried to have a conversation with the GM who once he didn’t like what I had to say had phone issues and I was disconnected. Never received a call back tried to reach out via email direct link was old out of use email. Tried to email via main store email asking for him to contact me back never heard anything back. Very unprofessional people and from my dealings with them not very honest I recommend shopping for your truck needs elsewhere
Took truck to service the auto consultant acted pretty unprofessional and rude had no one to attend me had to literally go look for someone not a good place to do business at all

When my cars are in for service the complimentary car wash is not up to par, somewhat inadequate. Cars are still dirty

Just missed a great deal on a GMC Acadia Denali. Had everything I wanted. It got sold while I was thinking it over. Staff there is friendly, helpful & service oriented. Stephanie White-Hurd is continuing to do her best to find another good deal for me.
Josh in the Chevrolet Service Center is the BEST! He is always so helpful and friendly. He even has a good sense of humor! I am very thankful to have him as my service writer!

When they say they will pay off your trade in by a certain date and they don't and you have to make another payment to protect your credit. That doesnt even deserve 1 star. Never again.
