The area was clean and picked up. I did not like the new waiting room as much as the old one. This area is very broken up and hard to find the coffee machine.

I've bought and owned Toyotas from Durant since 2007 and have had very good experiences with them. Everything is well-cleaned to spotless, service is 98% great, maintenance reminders are very thorough. My only complaint is the relatively short time service managers actually stay there. Just when you feel you've achieved a comfortable familiarity with one, they move on. Not sure why that happens.
