Jiffy Lube, Cypress TX

This is a great location. Oil change service was fast, and everyone here is nice, polite, and professional. This and every Jiffy Lube are outstanding!

Technicians were friendly, courteous and respectful in ushering me into a clean, neat and cool waiting area where I was provided with cold water or coffee if I chose. Waiting for the state inspection lasted only a few minutes. Once completed I was able to pay the bill and leave immediately.

This Jiffy Lube is usually decent they will get you in and out fairly quickly. But today I came to get a inspection and they had one car in front of me and they said 10 minutes. They completed the car in front of me & the inspector began working on another vehicle and I waited an additional 20 minutes before I left horrible service this time.

Super fast and so very nice! I will definitely be coming here for all of my oil changes from now. Thanks Austin!

Great place to get your oil change in a hurry. I will admit the prices are a bit higher than normal, as we can get the dealership to change it at a lower cost, yet what is your time worth. They didnt try and up sale that I remember and they were very fast. Seemed like a great bunch of guys and made sure they went over each detail and option that your vehicle could have or need. They also perform state inspections if needed. Overall very pleased with this location.

Service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. They thoroughly checked their work, and patched a leaky radiator hose for me. Everyone was really nice and cool. Recommend.

5 Stars! This is my 3rd oil change in United States. Amazingly fast service (15 mins). All employees were polite, respectful, and did all the work efficiently. You can also have some complimentary coffee, and free wifi. Haha (things like these should be appreciated)

Good. Superb service as expected. Polite, fast service. Very helpful employees. I'm a cranky old man (senior citizen) and I suspect they went out of their way to help me. Wipper snappers.

The staff was very nice but the service was extremely slow. Yes it can get crowded but even on crowded the service is slow and there's a lot of pressure to buy items that are extra

Very expensive and the technicians they try to push you Chang or replace extra things in your car

I never went back to the place, because when they change the oil they remove a cover to change the oil.ok well they remove and not put it back, I went back to ask why? The removed? And they just said they forgot.so they never replace it, the manager promise me to replace it but never happen, the part cost like 100.00 dollars.they not serios and I always paid 80 or dollars for the oil change, never again.

I went To place awhile ago and seen some things and I think a legal problems should happen. Two years ago I pass by there and saw these gays having a truck over a drain system in front on the building in a pump that look like there pumping oil from the bottom where they drain your oil from your car or truck. This just happen the major storm around about 2years ago. Something need to happen soon.

They did an oil change and inspection. They do the standard high-pressure upsell, which is a bit tiring though.

Went in for an oil change and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They cleaned my windows and vacuumed my super messy car. Service tech was very friendly and professional.

Changed oil two days ago and oil is almost black today. I guess they changed the filter and not the oil. Showed them the oil and they wouldn’t redo the oil.
This place isn’t worth risking permanent damage to your vehicle.

They definitely try to squeeze as much money as they can from you. Went in for a state inspection (in the rain) and they claimed my wiper blades were torn and wouldn't pass. I used them on the way down and they worked just fine for me.

Excellent, friendly and fast. All I needed was an inspection sticker but still took maybe a total of 10 minutes.

Avid them! They are a rip-off. I took my car there for the state inspection. They "fund" all sort of "issues" that will cause my car (a 2010 Camry) not pass the state inspection the "issues" where windshield wipers ($30) and gas tank cup ($10). I ended up going to Christian Brothers on Grant and the car had NO ISSUES paid for my state inspection there and I was out in a couple of minutes.

I'm fine with their service, not as fast or as cheap as it used to be, like everywhere else. You can't beat Penzoil periodically though, I have used them for years.
