26Just had a SIGNATURE oil change done. Each time I have gone there, the service keeps getting worse. They marked my receipt that the windows were cleaned, they were never touch. Part of the SIGNATURE service is to have you carpet vacuumed, it was never done. They marked that the brake fluid level was OK, it is not, it needed to be topped off. This place has become a ripoff. You pay for Signature service and get garbage service. Don't go!
Service was AMAZING! They were fast but more importantly very friendly, honest and personal! I will surely be coming back for future services! Thank you Jiffy Lube Crew on Cypress!
Great service and pretty good pricing! Had a little bit of a complain when I went but the store manager called me and we worked it out. Great store definitely will go again.
These guys are nice and quick, they don't try and up-sale me 5 different times, just your normal air filter pitch. Air conditioned waiting room. Been here 5 times now and plan to keep coming back.
Charged for a signature oil change and fuel filter change. 225.00. They didn't vacuum, they didn't even check the air in my tires, they said the pressure was at 35. Hate to tell you mine require 75. They didn't even clean the windows. Will be taking my truck somewhere else.
These guys are quick and professional. I never have to wait long. Been here ~10 times. Each time have had no issues. Would highly recommend.
