I was first introduced to Zack and Toto at J&T 8 years ago by my now wife. They have always been extremely honest and straightforward; never recommending repairs that were not called for. Most recently, I had taken my 2012 BMW 640i to the dealer as it was still under extended warranty. The dealer stated there were many worn out bushings front and rear and that $2800.00 in repairs were needed. After a thorough inspection by Zack and his team, they reported that no work was indeed indicated. He provided detailed photographs of the parts which the dealer of course did not furnish. I plan to take this matter up with the dealer's service manager on my next visit for my simple oil change thats turns out to be a fearful $2800.00 scare tactic used to create unneeded work and revenue for the dealer.

These guys are great, they handled the towing and the repair. I couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely go back.

They ask questions and then acutally listen to what you say about the concerns you are having about your car. They send you photos to document the issues and the cost to fix the problem. They are extremely organized and professional. It is clear they were top students in whatever customer service course, program or training they have taken. It is only the second car repair place I have found that I feel I can trust. They seem to really enjory their jobs. This is the first major repair I have needed on my 2007 car and I am so glad I did not take it to the dealer. It runs great and they even washed my dirty car. Will be back. Referring friends.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at J & T Automotive. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. I really like Zac because he took a personal interest in my GMC Arcadia and explained to me everything that needed repair on the Arcadia. He was professional and polite.

This place never disappoints! I have been bringing my car here for the past 5 years and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are responsive, quick, friendly, reliable and most importantly, HONEST. It really doesn't get any better than this!

My car failed the annual inspection. I was going to get the car fixed with J and T. I made an appointment with them. When I arrived the clerk turned me away coldly and told me whoever I spoke to on the phone didn't know what he was doing! The reason he gave was they didn't have a dynamometer, a machine that runs a test that is standard with car inspections! Why would I be told on the phone to come over and why wouldn't they have a standard piece of equipment?

My family and I have been using J&T for 10+ years. They do great work, from simple oil changes to complicated engine work and body repairs. The staff is top notch and the friendly and attentive service keeps us coming back time and time again.

They continue to be attentive, knowledgeable and patient. They are always a step better than the rest. Zach and Richard are the tops!

Totally satisfied; back in 2015 I brought in my GTI and these guys were on it! Now in 2018 I brought in my CC and they quickly identified my oil leak issues, fixed it, and suggested I bring it back within 2 weeks to do a complimentary quick check.
