I have been a customer of J&T for 25+ years. Their customer base is very loyal based on the excellent service.

I was recently in the final negations with a seller to purchase a vehicle. I test drove the truck on a Wednesday and we agreed to a purchase price by Friday morning. I wanted to get an inspection done before I bought the vehicle. I called several shops in the area and, to my surprise, most of them seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked questions.mOST OF THE SHOPS DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT THEY DO IN THEIR INSPECTION. They were really annoyed that I called on a Friday and tried to schedule an inspection for Saturday. LOL

All that changed when I called J&T Automotive and spoke with Zack. Not only did Zack answer all of my questions, he also made room for me to come in Saturday morning. Zack was very polite, knowledgeable, and prompt to answer all of my questions. They inspected the truck and sent me videos and pictures of the issues that were found. I was able to send a link with videos and pictures of the items in need of repair to the seller. I was then able to negotiate an even lower price.

Zack is extremely personable and full of KNOWLEDGE!

I WILL NOT be using any other repair shop after having such a great experience here. Zack has been amazing and he breaks it down Barney style (I’m mechanically challenged) so I understand what the repair is for. The prices are a bit on the higher side but fair. You’re paying for beyond outstanding customer service and honest QUALITY work. Zack would send me short videos and pictures of where my Audi needed attention. He NEVER performed any repairs that I did not approve of, so there was never any surprise charges to my bill. Zack had initially quoted me for some tires and we decided to upgrade them to a higher quality (which I searched myself). When he updated my quote, Soto was the man working on my tires and he personally called me to make sure which tires were the ones I wanted and confirmed my new price. That extra care and attention they provided speaks volumes of their customer service. Also, there is a complimentary bumper to bumper inspection. Who doesn’t enjoy free stuff? ! I had high expectations going in to this shop because of the reviews, and they were exceeded. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

One of the best auto shops in Houston. J&T not only treat you right, but they diagnose the car, list the repairs needed, show you photos of the issues, and then give you options for fixing them. I trust them and highly recommend J&T. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I am never taking my car anywhere else! The staff at J&T are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I know that I am getting quality work done on my vehicle for a fair price. They even have a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up, within a reasonable distance from the shop. Whenever I have a question, they answer it thoroughly, and with an explanation that is easy to understand. You will not regret taking your vehicle here!

I have to tell you that I WISH I had taken my car here FIRST! I had taken it elsewhere & had SOOOO MANY problems! I finally got my car back, to the tune of $4,000.00 out of pocket expenses & lots of additional problems that the OTHER place caused me with rental car insurance because they were not giving HONEST answers on when the car would be finished. I ended up with "overspray" all over my windshield that I couldn't see, because I picked my car up after hours for THEIR convenience. It was dark AND raining & I actually almost had ANOTHER wreck because the wipers couldn't wipe my windshield through the overspray that they left on the window! Then I noticed that my car was driving "all over the place" like when you're trying to drive in a HEAVY WIND & you're getting blown all over the road! Well I wasn't taking it back there! THEN I prayed & asked God to show me what to do & where to take it (wish I would've done that FIRST) He brought to mind J&T Automotive; where I had taken my friend's car years before & Nich & Zach were not only AMAZING PEOPLE, but did a WONDERFUL JOB & were HONEST & did NOT take advantage of us, as WOMEN! I took my car there & asked them to please check it ALL OUT & let me know what it needed to make it SAFE again! They got me RIGHT IN (over the CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS) AND not only did they "check it out" (ran a diagnostic) they printed out the diagnostic to SHOW me that it had not been aligned & it was INDEED EXTREMELY DANGEROUS for anyone to be trying to drive that car! They also were more than FAIR on what they charged me! I'm sure that they may have even given me a HUGE BREAK. When I took it in, initially, they told me that there would be $120 diagnostic fee & when I picked up the car, they only charged me for the alignment itself! I have a feeling that COMPASSION was involved; which means God was ALL OVER THIS! They will forever be known as one of my RED SEA MIRACLES of 2017! I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL for them! I will ALWAYS ALWAYS take my car (s) there, in the future AND refer ALL my friends & family to them! I ask God to Bless them ALWAYS! I know that He Already does! Thank You J&T! Stay Honest! God will Always Bless You! TRULY!

I got an estimate to replace my timing belt at a neighborhood mechanic. I wanted a second opinion and went to J & T. The price was more competitive and the repair was done as promised. Great Service!

J&T Automotive Inc is a top-notch, professional and honest automotive repair company. They will always have my business. Both of my catalytic converters went out. My car, although 8 years old, is in excellent condition with low mileage and has been serviced by Zack and Soto for years. This was a pretty pricey repair. Zach recommended we contact the manufacturer first to determine if they would cover the repair. We followed up with the manufacturer and they agreed to cover 80% of the repair cost. Now Zach could have remained silent and charged me for the repair. But he was looking out for the best interest of his customer. We are grateful and as such he will continue to be our automotive repair shop of choice. I highly recommend J&T Automotive for your next repair.

These guys are the best at customer service and knowledge for any car I've ever owned. Benz.bmw or range rover I have had dealerships were terrible. Great guys and amazing service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
