Customer service hold times was off the charts. Representative was disrespectful, discourteous and lacked any empathy.
JW logistics failed to delivery my items and offered excuses but no resolutions. Would not recommend to anyone.

Richard and Lane with JW were professional, courteous, and careful to make sure my vanity was delivered carefully. I appreciated the texts and call prior to delivery to keep us up to date. Highly recommend their service.

I got my order. The delivery team, Sergio called in advance to give an ETA. He arrived on time. Delivered the package right on our doorstep.

I got my delivery today I’m more than happy, Richard G called me and Jesus, super helpful, careful, and all what we customers need to have. I really recommended. Table looks perfect as wel… I wish I can give him 10 stars…best of the best

Richard and his helper were friendly and easy to talk to. They delivered our shower kit without difficulty and handled it with care as well. I'm very happy with the delivery process.

Blake and his helper were punctual. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming and what time they would be here. Great job guys!

Home Depot used J. W Logistics to deliver some of my home renovations purchases. So far, I’ve had about 5 others freight companies delivering my purchases, but J. W Logistics is by far the best one! Ease of delivery schedule & accommodating. And, on the 2 occasions that they did delivery, they went smoothly. Both delivery drivers, Adrian & Benjamin, were courteous & professional. They called ahead of time to notify me that they were on their way and gave me enough time to arranged someone to accept delivery.

The two gentlemen that delivered our 200 lb vanity did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient. We have a very steep driveway and they didn't even hesitate. I am very happy with their service and their work.

Richard, Josh and Nathan were the best delivery guys I had in awhile. Quick and fast. Also helped move it to another location without a second thought. They know how to treat their customers well.

They were very responsive and kept in constant communication throughout the delivery process. Even though the original sender did not give them clear instructions regarding the delivery, they acted very quickly when we contacted them. We also appreciated that they went above and beyond to ensure we got the table before Thanksgiving, even though that meant sending it on a special delivery rather than what would have been the normal delivery a week later. They helped make our Thanksgiving so special for our whole family. We would like to again thank the whole team, including Jennifer, Jeff, Kyle, and Chandler. Thank you all!

There was some mix-up about type of delivery, but when I told Adrian it was supposed to be delivered to my room-of-choice (which happened to be the roof,) they got my stuff up there quickly and efficiently, and removed all of the trash.

Both guys very friendly. Brought two heavy boxes inside my garage and remove them from the pallet which they kept on truck and saving me time looking for a place to dispose of it. Would recommend this company. They even send email the day before and then call thirty minutes before delivery.

This company was supposed to deliver two 6-foot workbenches to me from Home Depot, I cannot understand why they use this company over other options. They texted me saying my delivery was scheduled for 11/1 between 8am and 8pm. Around 7pm I tried contacting them, to see if delivery was still expected, no response. 9: 30 pm my order is marked as delivered, but there is very clearly no 6 foot tables outside. Try texting emailing and calling with no response. For the amount they charged me for delivery this is awful service. I still have no idea where my items are, or if JW still has them or not. My advice, use in store pick up because this company is not reliable and has very poor customer service.

Worst experience!
Home Depot, unfortunately, uses this company for deliveries and I’m still waiting on my items 10 days later.
JW logistics received my items on 10/15 and they were to be delivered on 10/20, why they had to sit 5 days I’ll never know.
10/20 came and went and every time I checked the tracking it kept getting pushed back.
I called and called and called no response. I left a message, no response. I chatted with someone online and no one got back to me like they said they would. I had to reach out again, and I FINALLY spoke to Kelli and she apologized and said she would get with the local team and they would have it delivered Monday, I spoke with her Friday.
I even asked if we could go pick it up so I didn’t have to wait, I was told they were closing and they’re not open on the weekends.
And I was assured it would be Monday.
Fast forward Monday at 8pm, still no delivery!
I left a message and followed up around 8: 30 on Tuesday morning since no one bothered to call me back.
And Kelli said the truck broke down and they would now deliver on Wednesday.
Unacceptable!
Kelli the customer service manager knew my items were delayed and I expected that she would follow up on this matter to ensure that it was delivered as she promised.
I understand that trucks break down and that is no ones fault, but someone should have reached out to me to let me know and I feel that an exception should have been made and my items delivered the next day as JW logistics had dropped the ball the first few times.
Instead it was, well that’s the best we can do, and an oh well attitude.

The guys came to deliver a new table and chair set from Home Depot. First table was broken and had to get a new one. With this company it was hard to get ahold of the schedulers as in they never answered the phone after 4 days of calling. Out of the blue I received a text to set up the date for delivery. No one told me that there would be two different sets of guys. I had no idea that there would be a separate pick up from the delivery. One set of guys picked up the broken set and the other delivery the new set. The communication with this company was terrible. The guys that brought the new set were super nice, brought the table and chairs to my deck and were very polite. They were the easiest thing in this whole process.

Adrian and his partner delivered a 61” vanity in good shape and during the timeframe provided. Adrian called ahead to make sure I was home to receive the shipment and waited for me to inspect the item before leaving. Adrian and his partner were very efficient and courteous. Aka in all a good experience.

I received a text saying that my shipment will arrive on Monday, between 8 AM, 8 PM. You will receive a 30 minute notification before delivery. The shipment will be left on your front porch or in the first dry area.
1. I did not get the delivery on Monday.
2. I did not get a 30 minute notification or any disposition.
3. The item was delivered on Tuesday without any phone notification.
4. The box was delivered in the driveway when there is a covered porch 10 feet away.
5. The box was placed upside down.
6. The box was open and the staples had been pulled out. Note: this is the bottom of the box.
7. There's a dent on one side of the box.
8. Currently it's sitting in the driveway soaked with rain, and it's too heavy to move to a dry area.
I have several pictures as proof.
The worst delivery job I've ever experienced.
