Driver was by himself and wouldn’t bring item through the front door as requested. I find it perplexing that a 2 person team wouldn’t be sent to deliver a 350lbs piece of furniture. I paid extra for threshold delivery, disappointing that it wouldn’t be brought into the house versus left in the garage.
