They have given me the wrong couch, completely different from what they have advertised to me on their web site. They have damaged the furniture the first time around, returned it, brought back the piece again, and then come to find out that the size is not what we wanted. They kept saying they would return the whole thing for what I asked for, and they turn me away and won't take it back.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU WHAT YOU ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I purchased a product through Amazon. Amazon lost a part and told me to call the manufacturer, Coaster Fine Furniture. I call Coaster to buy the missing part since Amazon gave me a full refund. Coaster tells me to call their “premier” dealer near me to make the purchase. I get an unidentified female who clearly is an operator since the first words out of her mouth was to request where she could transfer my call. I told her I didn’t know and explained that Coaster referred me to their store and why. Instead of patching me through to someone, she states they cannot help and I need to call Coaster. I had already spoken with Coaster who instructed me to contact this local store. Clearly she wasn’t listening. Even though I told her that I was going to be purchasing the missing item, a table top, she did not want to check if that was possible. I guess I’ll take my money to another Coaster dealer.

This place is a joke. My wife ordered some chairs and asked me to collect them due to her busy schedule. Went with a paper copy of the invoice and was told I could not collect without written email approval from my wife, it didn’t matter my ID match the home address.

While the buying experience was fairly easy the set up for delivery and set up was TERRIBLE! The people that came to set up our furniture did a terrible job! For $120 they set up my daughter's bed CROOKED! The food board was sideways and the slats the mattress sat on was unstable. When we called them they did not believe us. My husband had to leave work, drive up there and show them a video and pictures to show what a horrible job was done. Finally they said someone would come fix it which they did but they did NOT have masks and so we gave them some. 2 N95 masks to be exact.

I would NOT recommend purchasing from here or at least not the set up for sure. It is a rip off. We were quoted $100 but was charged $120 along with a ton of frustration. It's better to pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere with better service than be frustrated trying to say a buck.

I was greeted at the door by Adriana and she was very friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. I did purchase a Bedroom Set and Mattress and Boxspring. The price was very affordable. I recommend Katy Furniture to shop for all your furniture and accessories for decorating your home. Gloria Scott

We purchased furniture for our new home from Katy Furniture. Our sales lady was Julie in Katy Store. She promised us a great experience for our purchase but I cannot tell even a single thing that went right after we made payment.

First, they delivered our furniture very late and that also after we kept following up with them on almost daily basis.

Next they send very rude assembly guys. Those guys didn't even wear a shoe cover while entering our home and made our home very dirty. Also they assemble some of our furniture incorrectly. Luckily my Dad was watching them and he corrected some of their mistakes but still they messed up with our coffee table. For example, where they have to put four screws, they only put two screws. This is something really horrible and risky since someone can get injured if furniture breaks. I asked them if they can refund my assembly money so that I can get all their mistakes corrected but they refuse to do it. They said they would send a third party for it. I am not sure when would they send it though.

Store also delivered a faulty night stand.

Now to get all the above mistakes corrected we have to send pictures to their customer service which is absolutely horrible. We are following up with them but they dont respond that easily. Getting someone to speak on their customer service is a nightmare. If luckily we get a chance to speak to someone, their answer for our problems is we are following up with third party. If we try to contact Julie (Sales Manager) she never responds to our messages or calls. I am just not sure what to do?

I purchased a sofa from the store in Richmond Tx, which is very near the Grand Parkway freeway. Christina, who is the sales person, was very helpful. I received my sofa when promised and have been very satisfied with my experience with Christina and the store.

I was very impressed with the customer service at Katy Furniture. My friend and I were greeted within seconds of walking in and she helped me to find the perfect bed for my son. We were in and out of the store with 30 minutes. 5 star all around!

Customer service was great and my salesman was very attentive to my every need and made sure I was satisfied before I left the store. I will definitely be back for more furniture.

Went to check this place out, based on a friends recommendation. Glad we did! This place is huge! Adriana helped us look at different options and was very patient with us, even though we walked in an hour before closing time. Will definitely be shopping here again.

If you are looking for budget friendly furniture this place is worth a look. Nice sized selection as well. Had a lot to chose from.

Great priced furniture! Floor sales personal not so friendly. Poor communication with delivery however delivery guys were super nice and work fast once arrived!

Great experience each time I’ve walked into the showroom. No pressure sales and the price you see on the actual pieces is what you get.

Great place.affordable prices.but worst customer care. No one cares for you. Had a issue with one of the sofa purchased over there.raised a complaint 20 days ago.no one even try to reach me to resolve the issue.

MISLEADING PRICES CASH DEBIT CHEAPER STATED ON SOME MERCHANDISE AND WHEN YOU GET READY TO CHECK OUT AND USE CREDIT THERE IS ANOTHER 200.00 ADDED THAT IS NOT STATED ON SOME MERCHANDISE ABOUT CASH OR DEBIT. SORRY FOR SALESPERSON. HE WOULD HAVE HAD A GOOD SALE.

The worst customer service! Go to Furniture Queen 2 or 3 blocks away on Park Row and save hundreds for the same furniture. That's what I did.
