25Purchased a $2000 sectional from Katy furniture about three years ago along with warranty. One of the headrest's material begun to delaminate, to which I thought that's pretty cheap, but hey I have a warranty. Proceed to call the warranty company and guess what material delamination just happens not to be covered! Word of advice don't buy from place, furniture is cheap for a reason.

I had the pleasure of being shown around by Polina. I had the best experience with her, you can really tell she cares about helping you find something you will love and will take all the time you need to decide. So polite and helpful. The furniture is just as beautiful despite the low prices.
