Chicken was too dark and hard around the edges. It should have been perfect for the price they charge. Didn't feel like driving back. That was my last visit there.

Our food was done really fast and was fresh + the nice lady gave my 8mo old son a cookie, now it's just something small but there's not too many places or people that still do small stuff like that but thank you so much me and my family really appreciate it.

Ordered Potpie, got potpie w mashed potato filling. Gross gross gross. Cook it right or say your out, but don't this again.

Every now and then they get it wrong twice in one day order was messed up ill still give them a chance to redeem them selves. In a few days.

Asked for nashville hot combo and got original tenders the fries with the combo tasted warmed up and old. Yet they just opened 45 minutes after I got there.

Food is never ready in drive thru no matter what you order. And they always tell you to pull to the front and wait another 10 mins.

This is hands-down the best KFC ever in Ncjec Rochelle Tina and martag are on top of the game. Stop in sometime and let them make your day like they made mine I’ll take them

This place had no sides I ordered what they had left. I ordered 12 pieces and when I got home discovered I only had 8 pieces and I have a family to feed. Not good business will not come back!

I was going to give this place a bad review because there was trash outside at 10: 30 am. But Sidney explain to me that the truck delivery was today. So right is right I gave you them 5 stars for customer service also the lady at the drive thru was nice and friendly. Her name Sha it a different name but I want her to know. I appreciate their service ️

I specifically gave 2 orders.one for a $10. (YES. I SAID TEN DOLLARS) chicken strips meal. & THREE 2 for $1.20 boxes.drove all the way back home to get NO CHICKEN STRIPS!

No chicken in the pot pie. Drink machine did not work and when I looked through the window you could see rust on the machine.

I went to this location and ordered my food as usual but this time when i paid they had me pull too the font door when she brought my food out i asked her for extra gravy she told me that she had other cars behind her and that i didn't ask for it on the bell i really found that rude because if someone is buying something they should get what they want

Don't go here. Popeye's has better service right down the block.

I tried going there a few times and each experience was terrible. Nobody can understand you at the drive thru nor do they understand their own menu (the mere idea of the "big box" seemed to blow their minds).

I went to the end of the same block to Popeye's and had a great experience.

Felt like I was eating leftovers in a fish tank. Looking through all the bulletproof glass and passing the food through secure lock boxes was uncomfortable. I was in the wrong eating establishment and won't go back.

Horrible service lady got my order wrong and gave me a attitude for it then had me wait 40 mins out side and the oder was poorly done as well

Let me start by saying the food is a mess the chicken was questionable and the manager kept Hollering at a new hire like he was her child I felt bad for the poor guy he just wanted to eat his lunch

Terrible service 10-15 minute wait being the only in the Drive thru.they didn't complete my order or give me all my items.would give 0 stars if possible!

Dinner in and had The worst customer service ever argued with customers and suggested a physical matter worst experience ever.
