31This place isn't what it used to be. I do give credit that the decor is better but the service has had its ups and downs. Some days service would take so long, and sometimes it's speedy. Nonetheless, the staff seems great!
The servers are rude the place needs attention they never have hot food ready on Sunday they open they know it 11 we get out of church at 12 and the food is not ready they need more communication and better adjustments
True, sometimes service is slow and sometimes fast. And it doesn't depend on the time it's who is working. I don't go often enough to know which shift is best.but the chicken is not NASTY, it's the usual KFC flavor.
I'm waiting outside this location the time is 10: 36 and they are not open opening hour at this location is 10: 30
I went to eat here with my parents first of the cashier took 15 min giving samples to a customer taking her sweet time while the other cashier walked off, the trash cans were so full people were putting trash on top, as we sat there eating rap music with curse words were playing so loud I couldn't have a conversation with my parents. Never again.
Took over 45mins in the drive thru and we couldn't drive away because of the curb. When we finally got the food the order was wrong.
Limited places to eat in the "hood" but this restaurant is the slowest kfc in the nation.all the time I wait 10-15 min in the drive thru not many cars in line.
The fried chicken is NASTY! Just one piece will leave a puddle of grease smh macaroni had a weird flavor they constantly for get stuff ugh its just horrible there i dont see how its not closed down
Everytime I come here I get great customer service and hot fresh food they are doing a good job.keep it up.

the service was fast but the food was not of good quality our biscuit was dry and it seemed like it had been cooked for over a week and was just sitting there they didn't even give us any napkins and then when I ask her she said "you should have been asked"

Horrible.only got half my food was informed after paying they were out of things.its really sad because its so convenient because its right down the road from my job but no more yall have ruined it.crunchy taco looked like it was soaked in water it was so soggy.nasty nasty nasty! Triple layer nachos was chip crumbs.
