JUST AVOID THIS STORE. They pick on wrong orders and then refuse to cancel it or modify it.have done it twice already to our squad.dishonest people!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I’m in the drive thru as I’m typing this review. Why was I served raw chicken? !? !? ! I pray that the owner of this franchise contacts me ASAP! I really just don’t understand. I will not be supporting KFC anymore!

The last few times we came through there, our orders have been wrong. I asked if I could have 3 legs in the big box. It says it comes with Cole slaw and an individual side. We got home with 2 thighs and a leg and the green beans but no Cole slaw. My grandson will only eat legs. Thanks for such a disappointing dinner and waste of money. I think we are done with this location.

Good yet I am gonna say it. The drive-thru as well as the cashier have very thick accents.it is embarrassing to keep repeating, excuse me I'm sorry, what did you say?

I rarely go here due to it not in my normal vicinity but today I was right at it at noon. I realized that each time I have gone something about the order turned out wrong. Perhaps that’s why I don’t make an effort to go there. In addition to the order being wrong the fries could have been used as a weapon they were so hard. You would think at noon they would be the freshest all day. It seemed that they had been fried then refuted. Don’t think this will ever be my choice again when in the vicinity

I really like window gentleman who is polite, professional, and smiles every time I drive Thur. I was there to 10/1/18 530 to 6pm. Wonderful service and food is hot when I get home by spring valley. Whooohooooo for food that good

I must say, It was Very Clean inside. The Food was Fresh and the Service was Amazing. They Greet you on a Professional Level. All Staff. I'm from Lake Charles Louisiana as you know we no longer have a KFC. Thanks for everything.

They serve you old dried out chicken that looked like it was sitting out for an hour after the first initial cook. The chicken tasted like cardboard.

Long wait and din't get what I ordered. I ordered double crunch sandwich which should come with lettuce and sesame seeds on the bread. But I got a very small sandwich with tiny chicken inside. Entirely different from the picture. The person who took my order was difficult to communicate. Terrible experience.

Wish I could leave a lower review. An employee is telling at Co workers and guests. Manager is just sitting there. Yeah all over the place. Got my order wrong TWICE! 18 cars waiting in the drive thru. I waited 2 over 20 minutes for someone to help me. Never again!

Understaffed. It took about 10 minutes before the single cashier manning the drive through and the 2 registers got to me and another 10 minutes before my order came out. That + a 10minute line wait made this the slowest fast food experience ever. Awful manager needs to get his stingy act together and wise up.

I go here for the Taco Bell since it's not a plain KFC. I used to be able to give it 5 stars but the past few times I have had food from here it smelled off and tasted like cardboard. If I were reviewing it from only the past 3-4 visits I would be giving it a 1-2 star rather than 3.

Horrible Experience at the Taco Bell/KFC. I ordered a burrito and as I was going to eat it, I opened the wrapper and found a whole white glove inside. Went to go talk to the manager, but an employee named "Jose" said he was the manager (he lied) and then eventually called the real manager, "Francisco. " Jose found it so funny that there was a glove in my burrito. The customer service was SO BAD and I am so angry with the experience I had. No one even apologized. This was definitely not a mistake. It was pure negligence on their side. How the hell can you freaking wrap a glove you wear and work with in someone's food? ! Very mad and angry that this happened. Will not be visiting this fast food place anymore.

Don't care about customers, someone waited in the bathroom for 10-15 min aasking for toilet paper and never got it, while other people asked staff for that person.

Great menu, love the location, clean inside, has a drive-thru, no outside seating, great crowd, parking is nevee a problem, you can see it easily from the street And they have diff meals diff days. A+

Please acknowledge that KFC store ISN'T open at 1: 00 am only (taco bell) store.this means that you're not honest with the customers, I had to drive for nothing.cause I DON'T LIKE TACO BELL

Gave me so much problems. He had a hard time understanding English and then told me I couldn't change a side when I did it multiple tines before with no issues. Looks like they won't be getting my business for a while

Either fire the employees or retrain, but do not disrespect the patrons that that pay for your bills. By not reprehending their atrocious behavior. They have messed up my order multiple times. On one account I brought it to the mangers attention her response was subpar. She had a very disgusting attitude, no proper work ethic, took no responsibility, and was extremely unprofessional. On my last order I wasn't given a item I paid for due to their incompetence, and I consider that theft. Fix it! Before you get sued or shut down.
