KFC, Plano TX

This has to be the worst "run / managed" KFC in Texas. You should consider putting someone at the drive through that can actually speak English!

When we first entered the store, the door slammed shut. It is dangerous and someone can be kill, especially a child. We told the cashier and it was if she didn't care. That door should have been locked down. We also noticed that the hydraulic hinge has falling off. Surely the manager could have called in someone to fix this.

I hv only 4 cars ahead of me it took me 35 mins to get to the window and still hv to wait to get my order another this location really needs their bosses to speed up n work

Screwed up a really simple order. Also, the sign wasn't lit up (went during evening) so it just looked bad. Will try Popeyes next time, stupid KFC! AH HAH!

Lazy, closed kfc at 11 pm, not 1-like it says on the web and the door! Rude, unprofessional, dirty, poor service! Avoid at all costs. This crappy store belongs in the ghetto, not west plano.

I got the wrong burrito and tried to complain but a rude empoylee and the cashier whose name was Nestor when i checked the recipt were being very rude. The burrito was also cooked wrong.

Sat in line for 20 f-ing minutes to have them tell me they cant take orders at that time. I hope that drive thru lady gets hit by a car

Also Taco-Bell. Chalupa Meal was undercooked. Taco meat tasted 'soapy'. 3 stars earned for location, cleanliness, and Justin at register. Smiled. Quick. And correct.

Amazing quality and seasoned chicken. I'd dare to call it a masterpiece. My compliments to the chef
