Grocery Store Kroger reviews
32KROGER 1960 AND 45 We head online to pay electric and so the attendant said I need to eat and left and I said its ok you need your break and she said she needs 15 minutes and so we went shopping first and pay its all way past 15minutes and we back online waiting for the attendant and still takes time she didn't came back yet and I'm about to call the manager.technically you don't know how to run the store how could let the customer service close during busy hours you should have a back up when the employee needs to take her break.thars your role as a manager but as I've said your lack of knowledge to act as a manager you better retrain yourself you don't deserve to paid as a manager and you don't know how to be a manager.
I find it very inconvenient to have a fully functional store with a constant stream of customers to have 100 people in lina and only 2 human operated registers a 3 self check out. Just disrespectful
This is the worst Froger I ever visit. The pharmacist Claudia have the wrost attitude ever working with people. She hung up the phone while I was trying to get a clear understanding of what she was saying. When I visit the store she walked away from the window saying that they wasn’t filled in any prescriptions until 10 but they open at eight and is not listed on any sign. They called me and said my prescription was ready after three visits and it still wasn’t ready. After talking to the store manager Ron said it’s nothing he could do. Communication is the key. If my Dr wrote prescription an this Froger filled it before now all of a sudden now they can’t fill it WHY? It’s sad that people don’t want to do the job that they are getting paid for no one in The pharmacy is on the same page. I called the 1800 number still no call back or email to resolve the matter. Very disappointed I will never spend $1 in any froger again. Also I would spread the word to others
Friendly employees but store is nasty. It’s ran down and seems to be getting worse. I recently bought jiffy corn bread, 3 boxes and bugs were in all 3. I bough sandwich meat and it looked expired although the date said it wasn’t. I went to buy some fruit last week and rotten fruit was mixed with the good fruit. These were 3 separate instances. It doesn’t seem like upper management care very much. Although I don’t like to, I drive a little further to the HEB where the food is always fresh.
They were very rude and tested me different the second they seen me come in! I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! I hate to be that one but that was uncalled for!
Unprofessional Customer service! Manager Ian Russell refused to let us in to the building to shop because Of their mandatory mask policy. I notified him I have a medical condition and He said “Even if you have a medical condition you must wear a mask or you cannot come in”. Disregarding HIPPA!
Lost my business!
I would rate 0 stars if it was possible. Cashiers are unprofessional and bad mannered. Store manager Newman lies straight to customer faces and makes up rules about not selling items just to keep them himself.
No CLEAN BASKETS, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, EVERYONE NOT WEARING MASKS. I just called the news, and corporate. I’m calling mayor’s office in the morning! NASTY
Two of the meanest black ladies working in the deli. Every time I come here it's the same attitude. I will definitely go to another Kroger's and be treated better than this. I wasn't going to say anything because I hate to see ppl lose their job's but today was the last straw. I'm done!
This place is ridiculous with how they threat their customers and I love shopping and gassing up at only Kroger’s stores. I thought it was a plus to move to this area seeing that there was a Kroger’s that’s minutes away. Now I regret it as I rather drive an extra 5 miles pass it to Walmart. Smh.
This is the nastiest dirtiest Kroger’s I have ever seen. What a shame for this organization that I normally love. Drive a few more miles and go somewhere else. GHETTO! It’s very loud in there. The employees are screaming Ebonics back-and-forth. This place is terrible.
Clean Place friendly cashiers but there's a lot of homeless people asking for change in front and in the parking lot
This place is terrible the employees never care they never do anything to solve a problem and their water machine is always out every time I go there this is the third time I went there and the water was out! I waited 15 minutes and it still didn't fill back up, freaking ridiculous!
I would rather be run over in the parking lot than shop here again. Long lines. Incapable staff. Barely working registers. Extreme couponers buying out stock of everything. Security tags on milk.
I find some good deals here but my mom told me about the Kroger on Jones Road it has a better selection of meat's than the one on Cypress Creek Parkway
I think over the last six months the Store has gotten better, they seem to be keeping more on the shelves. The lines seems to be not as slow, but there sure is the same amount of people.
Omg the most ghetto and unprofessional group of workers I’ve ever come across.instead of focusing on customers they are constantly holding inappropriate conversations with each other.no1 seemed happy to be there, the produce is usually very fresh but the customer service is stale.
Really ghetto people. But the store itself is ok if you are just there to run in and out. I recommend to go to a better Kroger if you are shopping for the weekend.
The bakery was very slow but the cashier was great and friendly. The gas station attendant was a helpful
I really like this Kroger location. Only issue is that you need to look for expiration dates on products first.
