Kroger, Houston TX

Its ok, good location cause it close by my house, but would be a little better if they would open up more than two registers, lines can be kind of long sometimes

I love this Kroger. It is well organized. It has lots of different items and a great selection. Very big store. I love shopping here.

It's always loud in the store. Staff yelling across the store to each other. People standing around the self check out area. I try not to go to this location if I can help it. I was in the parking lot over so I said why not. It's never a pleasent and calm in this location.

I was in self service line and women think they can walk right in front of you. You need some kind of help there.

Only one person in the money center come on and at the same time Kroger's is closed in some of these locations now

I have gone there three times. Horrible! Horrible experience from employees who don't seem to care about customer service. If they have an attitude, they'll give you an attitude and they'll treat you as if you're somebody else from the job. I do not recommend this place. Management seems disorganized I guess that is why employees do whatever they feel like it. I think Walmart do a better job than this one.

This is the worst Kroger's. Very poor selection, out of date product left on shelves, very rude employees and management that just doesn't care when you tell them about it. I've even called Kroger's about it and they don't seem to care either. They never replied or took any actions to correct the problems. I would not ship at this store unless you really can't get anywhere else.

The worst customer service seafood and meats. I called to asked if they had a particular shrimp and was told, he didn't know that I would have to come in. The seafood department is not that big.

My Granny in the hospital, quick stop @ Kroger's! Under $20 bucks 2 brighten the room up! Thanks Kroger!

I am unable to walk around in a store this Kroger NEVER has any carts available. 5 cart sitting charging. All dead. The soda issle is empty is all big K soda. How does that happen? I hate this store.

Co-Manager Mr. Russell is rude, condescending and a loud mouth. He treats customers with complete disrespect. I'm honestly suprised someone has not physically shut his mouth.

Not the highest quality Kroger, but I think that goes with the demographics. It's pretty busy as well so congrats to them!
