Kroger, Cypress TX

Nice store with beautiful Floral Dept! Marvelous flower arrangements and a wide variety of flowers and plants to select from daily. Life span of all flowers I've taken home are more than a week. Definitely recommend

This Kroger's location seems to not care about the customer anymore. They only cater to the people that do wish to deal with the crowds at HEB and they seem to be ok with that roll.

Bad management, dirty in the back, and I’ve seen with my own eyes dead flies in the produce. So please don’t shop here saying this because I used to work over there.

I have shopped at this Kroger for 12yrs and easily spend $600 a week there. Their store manager tonight named Will that closed SHOULD NOT BE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. He had the nerve to shame me, shake his head with irritation at me for not being checked out at 11pm on the dot. Never once asked if I needed help and when I did ask him for help. He had the nerve to tell me " whelp if you dont see it, then we probably dont have it" while standing at the end of the isle not giving a care in the world and complete lack of customer service. I will be reporting him to corporate once they open.

I placed an order for the deli department online. I called the store to confirm my order and first of all it took them 10 minutes for someone to answer my call. When they did answer the lady was rude. I asked her for my order she couldn't find it so I had to re order everything (annoying) and one of the items I ordered they didn't have. So what would've happened if I never called to confirm and just went to pick up my order? It wouldn't have been ready. So unpprofesional.

Great selection of products, team members are very professional and kind, store is always clean. Their curbside service is amazing as well, quick and efficient.

Disgusting Kroger that would be right at home in the movie Deliverance. I just threw away frozen baby back ribs that, when thawed, smelled extremely spoiled. I don't buy meat here often and i've had to throw away meat several times due to spoilage. Skip this store and go to the HEB down the road.

Store not enforcing COVID mask laws. Multiple customers seen without masks today, manager I spoke with only had mask covering mouth. Store has been bad for years; easily the worst grocery store in the area. This, when added to the consistently poor selection and historically surly night staff, has ensured that I'll never come back.

I wish Kroger trained their employees on their coupon policy. I had 2 set of identical coupons and the employee made his own rule of “only 1 identical manufacturer coupon” even when the Kroger policy and the coupon itself states otherwise. I thought about shopping there instead of H‑E‑B, but now I have a bad taste in my mouth, besides the H‑E‑B IS bigger, brighter and cleaner.

Every time I do the drive up order we get something that is expired. After waiting 15 min for the groceries tonight I got expired yogurt and pre-opened ice cream. Do not recommend using their drive up service.

They have a great seafood selection at this location. Fresh live lobsters to big shrimp to fish, and the deli has a variety too. Clean and spacious. Everyone here are very nice along with their customers. I always come across a sweet person that makes some sort of sarcastic response. Their fruit and vegetables are nice and clean too.

BIG thumbs up to the pharmacy! The main pharmacist helped me with my medication after HEB made a mistake and wouldnt refill it, he went up far and beyond for me to get my meds.thanks!

The only reason I keep coming back to this store is for convenience, its certainly not for its customer service. Again today I was greeted with rude indifference 3 different times. All young employees. I always smile and say have a great day and thank you. Its rarely returned.

How do i go about collecting a paycheck? Apparently you're trying to cut costs by only keeping the "self checkouts" open after a certain hour. Which entails that the customer is now the employee having to scan the items (something you hire checkers for)

On a safety note, why are all the registers minus self checkout and all but one entrance/exit blocked by shopping carts? When does human safety become second in case of an emergency where every second matters?

I Accidently left my phone in a basket. Someone turned it in and the employee promptly called my emergency contact to let me know. Entire process took 30 mins. I was extremely grateful.

I am so furious. I spend so much money here. Well they charged me to much and makes me wait in a 30 min line in guest services to get my money back. This is crazy never will come here again. I am at work so hopefully i dont get fired. Thanks for ruining my day

There's never enough checkers on hand when I shop. Although there is free WiFi I hate having to sign on every time I walk in. Sometimes the aisles are hard to manuver with their online shoppers also loading carts for pickup. I would shop at HEB but this store is closer to home. I will say they do have some good coupons.

It was my first job at 15 has been my go to store for almost 20 years. Love the cleanliness, organization availability of products but most of all, the staff!

I went shopping there and seen the guy in the meat department trying to get his jollies by touching on a woman right in front of her daughter then tried another one a few minutes afterwards. If management allows that type of behavior, then that's not the store for me.

I called in search of a specific roast of coffee. This location had two available and were happy to hold them at the customer service counter. As always, a good experience.
