Kroger, Cypress TX

I shop Krogers quite a bit of time, sometimes more than once a day. I do my pharmacy at 249 and Cypresswood Dr. It's amazing how u can go to different ones and get different attitudes from. Between 249 & Cypresswood, and the one on Grant & Louetta, they've got some beautiful and friendly employee. But they do need to put more disabled parking spots instead of excepting mothers, they need to walk, and there's people that can't walk, and they've got to walk farther than the the excepted, no I'm not for that, cause I'm disabled myself.

Awful experience. I suspect management has changed because service has gotten BAD. Management rude and lazy.

I make the 15 minute drive to this Kroger because I like the selection, friendly staff and they always have the best outside garden plants, herbs and interesting gardening decorations.

I found everything I needed. Khan and Martin are always friendly and greet me with a smile. I appreciate my neighborhood Kroger very much, and have been shopping here for 11 years, since moving to this neighborhood. Thanks everyone at "my" Kroger!

I just walked in to grab a quick salad and some cupcakes as well as a bottle of water first and probably only time I've ever gone there. Stop for working. The bakery had lots of good selections! And the cupcakes were good. Everything was in working order no issues with the baskets they were nicely taken care of. The only two issues I had was 1 after getting my salad and opening in my car I had some red spots on which for a Deli Fresh Salad you would expect not to see but whatever. The second issue is as I walked in there was a lady in front of me there was an older gentleman working there who is diligently staring at her butt with no shame. Lol.

Nice store though parking area on side closest to Grant rd is way to dark & smells like something rotten was dumped over there.

I love this Kroger. It's clean, well stocked and the people that work there are helpful and very nice.

Love my Kroger. Friendly associates, knowledgeable. If they don't have it they will get it for you. Great store Managers.

I went into my local Kroger to get the registration for my car. While there, I got my flu shot and Prevnar 13 shot. The staff were all so helpful. It was a good trip.

Horrible inventory practices and stock maintenance. Decent staff in some places. Do like the fuel points program and being able to link my shopper card to a charitable organization of my choice (but never given an update on how much of my spending gets to them.so that's an obvious fail).

They great with the exception of a select few employees that do not have very good customer service skills but thats ok you get what you pay for and overall

IS THE BEST.

This is a very friendly place to shop. The bread aisle had more bread today. A lot of the shelves were more filled. Get out and have a great time.

Typical neighborhood grocery store. Has a good selection and rarely out of what I look for. Decent Starbucks inside.
