26Best Kroger I have ever been in. Cashiers are nice and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.there is help on every corner you turn in store. Even if lines are long they move so quickly. Never had a bad experience in this location. You will love it
Really bad customer service
Most of the cashiers are very rude.
Marie was my cashier today very rude.
Very inconsistant with products. Will not go the extra step to order what customers want even when it is a normally stocked item
Oh my God how to say Kroger is my favorite store, usually go to the one in Southlake but I happen to be near flower mound so I ended up to this Kroger probably the worst ever will never be back again I went for the Saturday special which at 1 o'clock in the afternoon they were out, A Kroger employee told me to choose something else and take it to the register they will give me the same price when I hit the register Marie ask the manager and they both said no anyways she complain about how can they have that kind of special that they should not have it because people would take advantage. Anyways I left sad and disappointed how can the Southlake store be a 10 on customer satisfaction and this Kroger in flower mound can have a zero on customer satisfaction I wish all Kroger's would be the same.
Their scooters are smooth but the backup noises are piercingly loud. There are a lot of pillars to drive around.
This location tends to be crowded, but often without long waits checking out.
Great prices locally, excellent produce department.
Wish they had a broader selection of teas (Numi brand) in the tea/coffee aisle. They did not appear to carry the Vanilla Nesquik powder. Adding those or a milk chocolate covered candied ginger would earn a 5th star.
Every time I've been here it's been 5-star worthy except this time. My only complaint is with the attitude of the customer service person and her unwillingness to even hear what the problem was. All she did was point at the weekly ad and say, "it says right here. " She asked 0 questions and offered 0 solutions. Everyone else working there is polite and very helpful. Meat/produce is excellent.
