Kroger, Arlington TX

Great customer service. Couldn't find the sunscreen and the sales clerk tried to help me find it. When he couldn't find it he didn't give up and went to find someone else

Doesn’t smell fresh like when you walk to a target or a sprout the store needs a renovation. Their employees are nice but the store is dirty. I needs to be clean thru out but I mean floor completely polish. Please.

I’ve been a customer at this local Kroger for 10 years, I stop by at least 2-3 times a week. This is one of the best grocery stores everyone is professional and always willing to help. Customer service management is great, I had an issue with my mortgage payment and they kept in contact with me the whole way through the refund. Store managers are always helpful in making the check out process as smooth as possible. Big shout out to Kroger on Bowen in Arlington! Thanks for all you do!

This Kroger is the best. Its not so big you have to walk a lot. It has a good selection. The employees are friendly. I have been going there over 25 years.

I been going to this Kroger for the last couple of years, and here lately the service is terrible, today I went to the deli and stood there waiting to be served, three people there I know they saw me, I asked you open young man behind counter said yes, so I waited 5 minutes and never was helped, then went to get my tags yyoung lady could not log in, so couldn't get someone else to help, just said she can't help. I'm through with this store. Going to Kroger on Lamar. Sad

I love everyone at this Kroger. Never have had a problem with anyone up here, they're always very friendly and very helpful. It definitely is what you would call your neighborhood store. When I walk in everybody knows my name and they all say hello to me. Of course that makes anyone feel good! Only thing I wish they would do here at this location is, remodel! This is definitely an outdated location. And the people in this part of Arlington I'm sure would love to have a nice updated Kroger.

I live right across the street, super helpful and friendly staff. If they don't have what your looking for tell them and they will get it. It's small but you will feel like your family. I love shopping here

Store is smallish but the great prices are unbeatable. I love the service desk employees. Always helpful.

Maybe customer service was great before, but it was clearly not great today. Would rather take the extra trip to go to the Lamar location or even the one on Fielder. Only great thing about this place are the hedges and rose bushes outside.

Good neighborhood store. Been here a long time, so doesn't have all the modern amenities. Service is usually good, but is sometimes slow to react to large crowds. These minor complaints are the only thing that keep it from getting five stars.

Shopping here for 25 + years. It's a smaller Kroger, but has lots of heart! Always a good experience.

Pharmacy hasn't screwed up my medicine yet, which is more than I can say for several other places, and with coupons it's often even cheaper than Walmart. Location is small, but densely packed which means not having to trek a mile just to grab groceries and since I hardly ever seem to wait in line very long even on busy days, I can get in and out pretty quick. Other than pinching a few pennies, needing self checkout, or buying in bulk, not much of a reason to go to a larger store. Even has a gas station out front and a redbox by the door.

Store is very small and often crowded. But often they put things in the discount bin just because there is no room on the correct shelf. Lots of bargains to be had. Staff and management are very friendly.

The phone's been ringing for 7 minutes - no one ever picks up. Can't even say bad service when there's no service.

Kroger's great place to shop they have what most grocery stores have a little pricey on some items but all in all very clean very well lit friendly staff and service

This is a great Kroger. Has a pharmacy. The bakery & deli goodies are always fresh & delicious. I shop here all hours of the day & have never had a problem.

I shop there on a regular basis, it's convenient, close to where I live, and they're inexpensive.

The staff was extremely unhelpful. When I called to see if something was in stock I was placed on hold so long that the system hung up on me not once but twice. The girl that answered the phones was extremely unhelpful

Love this store, its tucked away in a neighborhood. Pharmacy is the reason I drive clear across Arlington for!

Do all my grocery shopping here. Good service, selection and quality. Also has one of the best pharmacies and pharmacy staff anywhere in town.
