Went to get my ice this morning but i couldn't. Everyone was conjugating around the customer service counter. As i stood by the cash register they all just looked at me, and no one attempt or even try to help me. Just look at the video.
The employees were not very friendly. Only one person asked how I was doing. Almost as bad as going to Walmart.
Seemed dark and cold & frozen sections NIT KEPT AT PROPER TEMPS. Did not buy much. Prices not great either. Got the feeling maybe store will be closing in the near future. Used to be a good store.
I was thrilled to see that I didnt have to take my groceries out of my shopping cart, nor did I have to put the bagged groceries in the cart
as I frequently do at the Kroger on Lamar.
I like to go here to steal alcohol. Just go in, act cool, grab what you want and leave. As long as you don't look sketchy, you can bet you'll get away with it.
TBH the store is great and the customer service is mostly great but the area is not awesome and I wouldn't recommend going there by yourself at night, just too sketchy with creeps and what not
This Kroger location is ok. A little small, so some selection is limited. Very convenient though. Has been updated fairly recently. A decent amount of natural and organic choices.
